Question Complaint stuck - need advice

Hi everyone,
I recently filed a complaint against HotLoot Casino on AskGamblers and also on OnlineCasinosLounge, but I still haven’t received any response from the casino.

Has anyone managed to get a casino to respond after a complaint? Any advice on other ways to escalate this would be really helpful!
 
Update: Just wanted to clarify, both AskGamblers and OnlineCasinosLounge did their job and tried to mediate. The problem is HotLoot Casino itself, they simply refused to respond to either platform. That tells you everything you need to know about this operator.

If a casino ignores two separate complaint services, it's a massive red flag. Anyone else had experience escalating directly to a licensing authority after something like this?
