There is a game called Thunder Bird from GameArt.

I like the game, played some in real with mixed results.

But the past few days, I've been playing in fun mode at VideoSlots. I've tried both desktop and mobile platforms.

This game in demo mode hits the bonus like crazy. Rare to go fifty spins without one. Less than 10 spins is common. I've only once gone over 100 spins.

Took me less than 1/2 hour today to get my balance, starting with 500 and $10 bets to over 100K, with max bet of $40. The other day it took me nearly an hour

Only once have I lost the initial stake of $500, and I think I started with max bet that time.

I will say that I think the bonus rounds pay similar to real mode, generally being 40 to 150 x bet, with a very few under 20x, and again a very few over 400x.

It's always been my understanding that demo mode must pay the same as real mode as a licensing requirement.

The Game Payouts on the VS pages show a RTP in line with what should be expected.

I'm going to try some of GameArt's other titles in demo mode as well.

Wondering if anyone knows of other casinos running their games? I would not imagine that this is isolated to VS.

While I do appreciate a speedy reply, there is no way you could have spent any time at all investigating my claim. I realize lucky streaks happen, but day after day to over 1000 - 2800x bet size in short periods of time?

Probably "up" 400,000 in about 6 hours of demo play. Hit frequency for the bonus round on an average of approximately every 25 spins?

I'm hoping a few more players will try this and see if they have similar results.

Played that game now in demo, got 4 features in less than 100 spins, lowest bet. went from 40euro to 100 euro, increased bet to 0.4 lost it all with no feature still in demo mode. Have to try it with real money later today. But felt like the real deal, lowest bet = win increase bet lose it all, LoL.
Dan, does the bet size affect the slots in some way, or is it just what it feels like sometimes? I mean if you playing at the lowest bet, you can get feature after feature with decent wins, then increase it from 0.2 to 0.4 and feature hunt is on, but win from those can be higher? There have been occasions where a game or even all the games of a specific provider have become unavailable at some casinos, due to server problems or whatever.
But the demo versions have still been playable.

I remember one occasion years ago at Jackpot Joy, when the games server went down, there were loads of people complaining in the chatrooms.
Then someone mentioned that all the demo versions were still playable. The reply from the chat host, after consulting the management, was that the demos were run from a separate server.

its not just that one a few weeks ago i couldnt believe what i was witnessing. I tried Amatic slots in free play (you are limited to few spins at a time before it times you out) and my results were a bit ... incriedible.

started it 50 times, you start with 10k , and i played 1k spins at first (so enough for 10 spins only).

We dont really have to imagine we all win in demo, but you wont even care/notice if you lose.
When playing with real money, you deposit. Lets say you then go on to lose that. Well, you are gonna know that you just lost real money you could have had in your pockets if you wanted to. If a slot is in Demo mode, you dont really care either way. You may memorize some wins and find those odd but then again think about how much money you have probably lost in fun play.
Thats my theory anyways.

I like the game. I have no worries about my results in real. VS game payouts, both real and TRTP seem right.

I'd say that the results from bonus rounds don't seem out of whack with my personal experience in real. It's just the hit frequency of the bonus that seems off.

I see the Game Provider is licensed in Curacao for me. Not a jurisdiction to inspire confidence to be honest.

Is it possible that it's not available for UK players due to not meeting a requirement for real and demo to be the same?

Yeah the frequency felt insane, ok i done less than 400 spins.
By the looks of it the base game is quite pants and if you done a few test spins with less regular bonuses you might think its a pile of s$¥t (cant be avin that for potential punters!).. although i dont recall the balance dropping hardly at all inbetween features (i suppose with the average amount of spins between each featureit aint never gonna be givenenough time to do so) and sometimes increased the balance before the next bonus flew in.

Seems u can retrigger the bonus as well, or at least add extra spins. Quite Sexy if with 5x wilds covering the middle already.
Though, and ofc it could be a coincidence, i had the full 9 wilds a fair few times inc the 5x multipliers all full up on the middle (during 3 features maybe 4). Right, there are over 170 slot developers on my list. Now (as you've seen by some of my videos) I often test ones in their developer demo format that haven't been submitted for auditing and as such will offer all the features etc. as they are set up like that for graphics checking and other things. You must however have exactly the SAME math model and game by the time it's been audited and is live at any casinos so it's the same RTP in both demo and real mode.

It sounds like (if the reports above here are kosher) that you are pulling the results from the correct server in demo mode but the demo RTP could be different, set higher to allow the player to view features quickly etc. This shouldn't happen if that's the case. GameArt don't have a UKGC license as far as I know, but Amatic do now. Wazdan don't and I believe their games IIRC are derivatives of NYX slots as their platform seems familiar. Like for example you'll often see Leander games provided via iSoftbet's interface.

You may have recalled a recent video I made with alternative developers where that 1000x screen of wilds came in on about 3 spins in the first 5 I played in demo mode. Complete BS but then again it wasn't a playable released version. I have demo'd and played in free mode literally thousands of slots, the majority of which you've never seen or heard of, so I'll cast my eye over it and tell you if I think demo is artificially gimped.

Dan - this game is 100% GIMPED in demo mode. Jasminebed's thread reminded me of a new game of theirs, King Of Monkeys the other day I did the data on. I played it and though crikey! I wish I had this luck in my real play as I had 2000x and 300x features in the first 40 spins! So I've opened Thunder Birds up 5 times now and every time it is obvious that I cannot lose on it, feature after feature and in those features all big results - the same as King Of Monkeys.

It is clear their demo games on their site are there to provide quick access to the big win graphics and features, probably by having a 150% RTP setting or something. Nothing wrong with that but IF Videoslots are linking to the GameArt site for their demo play versions they should cease immediately! These directly-sourced games from my experience provide a hugely enhanced RTP in all cases; this is beyond reasonable doubt!

Remember when i was a total noob with online casinos and playing one of those not even realizing. think the max might of even been anything upto 1000 but with a higher min deposit, and an option to restart infinatly before the 60 mins are up. This fool restarted 3 times although balance never actually hit 0 and probably spent 1.5 hours overall, only then... to finally.. realize..

I never play fun mode.. I don't know if they are set higher or not but i always looked at fun play as a advert. and like most adverts are enhanced so why would a slot.
