Hi I'm Erin from Australia. Thought I'd try something new. Crypto casino platform. Did some research asked a lot of questions but what could have potentially been life changing is now a sick feeling I carry. Im happy to be part of a forum like this. I had to find out the answers alone and am just really lost about what to do. I hope to find some help. Even if I was stupid it's still not right to hold on to everything and demand 500usd because there automated system is broken. I was flagged as a criminal.

Yes, I was poking around on telegram and on another site BC Game had a promotion $50;to try their games and platform. Signed figured it will kill 20 minutes. Halfa hour later was up a couple of grand. Over the last couple of months I've popped into my account and just played. When Id made about 40,000. I hadn't put anything in always just enjoyed the thought of spending this money.

Got curious. Did my research asked a lot of questions. My experience with support staff had been pleasant. Nothing obvious I could pick up. KYC verified paid $50 minimum deposit and met all requirements needed VIP status is copper. The assured me last week that the now 102,000 UsD was mine and I could withdraw. No foreseeable hurdles. Made withdrawal and it was pending.

Supprt staff told me I'd been flagged by their automated system as a potential threat and criminal. The then asked for 500usd to correct this mistake. I did not pay that.Ivrequested to speak to someone who could manually review my account and was happy to give more documentation. Request was denied and support did not have the authority to pass on my request and didn't know who this person was.

I wasn't given any other options. I didn't think it was right they said nothing about this system that has labelled me a criminal and my only way around it is 500 usd. But I can't speak to anyone to prove I can who I claim. It would seem if they aren't a scam they shirk their responsibilities to customers that just get lucky. I blame myself for my stupidity.

I got caught up in the dream. That money would provide the healthcare I need to get back to having a life and working again. I felt ashamed of that and even more now.
They won't even discuss if I can have at least my own money back. But ideally I want it all if they are just being not nice people.

This doesn't sound right.

So you found this offer on Telegram?

Can you give us the web address you were visiting/playing on? Was it BC.GAME or another web address?

Nate

Telegram is teeming with scammers. If you have put your concerns in the telegram BC Game group then it's likely you have been targeted.

Did the person that asked for 500usd contact you on telegram privately? If so, it's likely a scammer. They can be very convincing.

Yes on telegram I have a screenshots of the offer the website and all interactions with support staff. Please don't judge. It's all connected through telegram and how ever that works. But I started noticing it was a trend that slot of online gaming places were doing like following on Facebook or Instagram.
So I was in Neospin a company with a decent reputation and the promotion was there. I don't know if this would be normal but I clicked it and that allowed access to the sight sign up and everything. I even tried finding pictures to see any obvious differences.

God no. I wouldn't be here if that was the case.

Thanks for the info.

What I am trying to establish is the address of the casino you were playing on—for example,
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
.

What is the specific address you visited and played at?

Nate

I understand what you mean. But I never went on to Google and typed in say,
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
when accessing my account I looked over screenshots and the site but they don't actually have an email addresses everything is @bcgame @supportbcgame

That was same for where the promotion came from. There was no back and forth or entering an address. It was done in telegram and no domain sites where given. It was just button pushing. Unless their is an addresses hidden that I can't see in telegram.

Ok - so where are you playing slots? There must be a link that you click on to access their platform?

Nate

That’s not the legit BC Game site, they have a legit Telegram but many bad actors advertise just after they post a real post and then look like BC game

I sent you a link which will take i to real site in messages , and if you go there and you are not auto logged in from wherever you are playing then you are not playing at the right site.

Don’t pay any money where you are NOW AS I THINK ITS A SHADOW CASINO,

Get the user name off telegram where you clicked the ad
- First pic you posted at click top right dots and get the telegram address
- and enter in link below

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Also looking again your site is BC-Games NOT BC.Game !

Attached is a pic the legjt BCGame telegram; so any money you have “won” is not real sorry

You were sent a bad link to a Shadow site , if you go to your first picture , top right three dots ; and get that telegram address

can you get a screenshot of that screenshot or provide that address shown there ?

Picture is from real BC Game site and they have a telegram address and representative checker
@supportbcgame failed ….

It's almost certainly a spoof casino + fake verification scam, they're endemic.

The pattern fits, a lookalike site populated with fake slot games etc.

These games are rigged to pay well in excess of 100% RTP so EVERYONE taking the offer/chip will win. That's the whole point of the scam.

Everyone wins in order that they can all be hit with parts 2 and 3 of the fraud. Part 2 is verification whereby you pass them your details to be sold on the dark web to other scammers and pay a relatively low sum for the privilege.

Part 3 is the bigger sum, normally to cover the 'costs' of the withdrawal of the fake slot demo balance you have or to authorise your payment/banking method.

Sorry, but there are hundreds of these scams taking place on social media, NEVER join a gambling site you see on SM!!

It's basically a more believable version of the Nigerian 419 scam, whereby you pay a small advance fee to 'free up a huge sum and facilitate its transfer from the Oil Ministry' etc.

Only this time, because you've had your judgement blurred by playing slots and being misled into thinking you've won, you're very invested in both time and expectation so psychologically it's far more effective than the old 419 fraud. Sorry.

I checked the telegram account it’s not BCGame

It is however BC-Games ! What a bunch of c&nts.

Hey thank you so much for helping me. I really appreciate it. I will stick to just dreaming about it. That's the first and last time I let fantasy bleed into reality.

Now just going back and forth into telegram I've noticed more of these promotions and another BC Game channel pop up. It's kinda sick and perverse. Why are they still able to operate. Do they scam an individual with these setups or as many people at once before their taken down or they disappear?
Honestly thank you. Just having that clarity of where I stand helps. I may not get my own money back and it wasn't a cheap lesson. But at least lost money only rocked the boat for a few weeks and not an amount that would affect others.

If there is anything I can do as an individual to stop others from making the same mistake, please let me know.

It is what is unfortunately trending at the moment - A global 'pandemic'.

You can share this article to educate others:

Not sure If it’s any consolation I know you know your deposits are lost forever and you are not getting the “ winnings”

But to keep in mind each slot game was faked they also were not real , each step of the process was planned and the way you won was scripted not real either ; you played a rigged game (don’t know if it makes it better or not !) but you are not the first to get bamboozled !

I figured it was something dodgy like this as I don’t believe BC has a gambling presence on Telegram. Just a support channel. Good post.

No, but I'm ok with that.

Thank you for your help, greatly appreciated

It would be good if someone made a Youtube video about these scam casinos, which documents the journey of being ripped-off from start to finish, as a warning for other players. I'd happily throw them the $50 initial deposit out of my own pocket. Would save a lot of people from wasting money on deposits they will never get back and also spare them the emotional damage of thinking they've won big.

@ChopleyIOM - these are the videos you need to be making (if you haven't already) - about genuine corruption and fraud affecting thousands of people around the world and nothing being done about it - not crying about a badly-coded feature causing an integer overflow on a pub fruit machine that hasn't had its stake/prize options set correctly FFS.

Let me know when you've got something for me to look over 👍

Kudos to @hubbadubbadingdong for his contribution to this thread 😀

Good idea but I guess it’s a game of whack-a-mole. These places come and go all the time.

Although I’m pretty much 100% crypto now, your safest destination is always locally regulated casinos.

It's not entirely in my wheelhouse in that what we're talking about here are just straightforward scams/crimes/fraud in the fake online casino space, but as a public service announcement it can't do any harm and I suppose might help a few people out if it saves them from being diddled.

At least in the case of this scam casino it's, y'know, a literal criminal scam that operates outside the boundaries of any regulations or controls, whereas in the case of the UK fruit machine industry the rot of incompetence and corruption, and regulatory failures, were very much inside the framework that was supposed to protect the public from such nonsense. (Including children who were exposed to this via the kiddie casinos of seaside arcades and suchlike.)

Next time you come across a new (to you) crypto casino, feel free to ask on here as some of us have a decent idea of where to play. Just be careful that you don’t come across as trying to shill a casino 😉
Shit. I never thought about that. Jeez, that's the last thing I would do. I guess they would cover all the bases, makes sense.
I didn't want to come across angry or bitter, I am angry though. It's crap that you have to worry about it all.
How angry can I be at them when I'm the goose that handed over the money

BC Game does have a presence on Telegram; personally I am not really versed on Telegram, but they have a couple of channels ; the main, Check in Channel small prizes and others

Being Gen X, I’m getting the age where I refuse to learn new things , but to me Telegram is like Twitter , except you can only follow businesses and they are more active /dynamic with links, and you don’t have plebs able to comment on the main threads ; You do however see ads on offical Telegram page, normally immediately right after a legitimate post- and these ads are Scammers impersonating BC game and other Casinos.
L

This to me is bullshit, I got burnt one time “promo deposit boost” after clicking a link , thankfully was only for $20; After the penny dropped I lost my shit, and made a massive stink at BC games, they told me they have no choice in ads shown on channel as it’s all done by Telegram.

I did get a small victory , after me (and others I’m guessing ) complaining they now state at the bottom of a post not to Trust ANY ads

If you are on Telegram and you are interacting with someone claiming to be from BCGame , you can go here and enter the telegram name to confirm if legitimate or not

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

Also added the legit BC Game Telegram

Hi Erin,
I’m really sorry this happened to you. What you’re describing sounds very distressing, and it does have clear signs of a scam especially demanding more money due to a “broken” automated system. You weren’t stupid for trusting something that looked legitimate. Being flagged as a criminal like that is frightening and unfair. You’re not alone, and it’s okay to ask for help.

Yep, as I said they have a presence in terms of support, but do they have an actual casino you can gamble at on Telegram? I’m not 100z sure but I think not.

They only have promo and marketing teams on Telegram

No support either , if you are speaking 1-on-1 with support on Telegram remember you are not! !!

As for the Casino on Telegram I did not know you could have sites “On Telegram” I only know of them linking to webpages. As I said I don’t really know the App that well.

Neither do I to be honest. But common sense tells me never to gamble in Telegram.
