While it remains to be seen if Isak joins Liverpool before the start of the season the Kop have swooped for Egyptian No Salad on a three year deal.

I hope not.Can Man Utd and Spurs avoid relegation this season, having come so close to it in the last campaign?
I think that Spurs have more potential than Man U for the coming season but I fear for Newcastle regardless of the Isak situation. I can see him bombing next season wherever he moves. His last 3 months or so where not great in my mind. Can Man Utd and Spurs avoid relegation this season, having come so close to it in the last campaign?
Grabbing defeat from the jaws of victory.Spurs doing Spurs things last night![]()

...at least we were true to form tonight and 100% wouldn't have ruined anyone's bets![]()

Hope we don't have to suffer the same start as we had last season as I can see no one rescuing us this time around. The promoted 3 ain't great but much better than South/Ipsw/Leice last season and will pick up the odd points along the way as we've already witnessed today.
No, that would be achieved through relegation. Still, will be able to boast they've got the biggest stadium in the Championship since Blunderland.Man utd losing to Grimsby despite fielding a strong side, including about £150m worth of new attacking 'talent'.
Have they finally reached rock bottom and therefore now the only way is up??
Might as well add bankruptcy. Glazers make a lot of profit but the club is going red if they have to pay debt. No, that would be achieved through relegation.

Seems like watching Serie A is more fun, 4 different winners in past 6 seasonsCity started well, thought they looked fine the 1st game but that might've been down to Wolves being shite![]()

11 games in and I feel like someone has let all my tires down. That much ->
Newcastle look like a very unhappy team that has all of their energy squeezed out of the during training.
But at least this Man City- Liverpool game coming up will be worth watching. Liverpool bet builder will cheer me up no end

Only one winner among the big teams and that was Manchester City. Even as a neutral painful to watch Liverpool getting blanked.11 games in and I feel like someone has let all my tires down. That much ->

I think that Liverpool where unlucky to have a goal rubbed out but they deserved to lose. I'll be interested to see if Isak has a good game for the Swedish women this week?Only one winner among the big teams and that was Manchester City. Even as a neutral painful to watch Liverpool getting blanked.

Can't believe our shiny head manager bought this woman for so much money. Personally, I always thought she was over rated while at Newcastle.
Only ever really remember her for scoring penalties, if her glass legs actually managed to last more than 25 mins.
Well what a night for Scotland, brilliant match and congrats!
Wales stuffed N.Macedonia for a home play-off draw.
And Cup-o-cocoa will qualify if they don't lose to Jamaica tonight. Subject to a long pending period.
I said in a newcastle supporters thread two months before the end of last season that I thought there was something up with Isak and I got roasted for it. Pre season lack of training can not be blamed now. Can't believe our shiny head manager bought this woman for so much money. Personally, I always thought she was over rated while at Newcastle.

I always took you as a conspiracy theory nutjob!Scotland match exciting unlike any of England's and why?? Because unlike Wales, N.I. and Scotland, England never seem to have any jeopardy in their fixtures. Once they've beaten soccer behemoths like Lichtenstein, Andorra, San Marino and drawn away with a slightly better side like Poland, then England are already through in most qualifying campaigns.
When do we ever get Germany, Spain and France etc. in our groups? The whole process is rigged to ensure the 'big' higher-ranked nations always qualify barring disasters like for Italy in the last two WCs.
I mean come on! A 48-team finals. England or Scotland could either or both be grouped with Cure-a-friggin'-cow in 2026! Imagine the spectacle!
UKGC vs GCB![]()

I think around 2011 Holland did some re-administration where the Netherlands Antilles were concerned and broke up the group, some still being technically under Dutch control and some autonomous. What gets me is the manager of Curacao is old Dick advocado, the Dutch football dude, and yet I've been told a few times that Holland has nothing to do with that Island, they're totally independent etc...clearly bollax imo!

I'm lost for words on how Slot is failing this season...I think that Caraconeoff will be the smallest team ever to qualify for the World Cup. I bet they will be treat the same way as Jamaica where in the skiing all those years ago.
After tonights game v Spurs and the results this weekend I can not see Arsenal losing the Prem unless they have a lot of injuries.
Calm down Salah and Haaland.Eze is about to take your crowns.
And Newcastle are on their way back!
Surely Slot has a plan B and C during games as well as tactical nouce in his formation and planning?I'm lost for words on how Slot is failing this season...
I'm reading a lot about his tactics - and not wanting to change his system despite it already having cost Liverpool the league this season.
Anyone have an opinion on why this has rapidly gone south for Slot? Is he playing too many Big Bass Slots...
I have no clue what Slot is up to. To me it looks like his Plan B is Gates of Olympus and C is the Dog House MegawaysSurely Slot has a plan B and C during games as well as tactical nouce in his formation and planning?
He must be clinging on due to the Euro campain.
I wonder what the odds are for Clop to be braught back to replace him?
His players looked like they didn't want to play for him yesterday
I think that Slot wanted the Bonanza bonus but is trying to hit the bonus on Starburst. Has Slot began with using the Klopp model with the help of his players to win the league last year and decided to use his own tactics this year and the players have decided it is not for them?I have no clue what Slot is up to. To me it looks like his Plan B is Gates of Olympus and C is the Dog House Megaways. He can't see Pragmatic Play is not the way .
On a serious note, maybe he wants the team to adapt to his style and he won't relent...
Klopp won't come back to Liverpool...
Areola will have to have stand out season to get the gig !Slot (haha) is reminding me, more and more, of Erik Ten Hag, and his brand of boring football. And like ETH I can't see him turning it around, he'll be shown the door at the end of the season.
Perhaps they'll then turn to Iraola from Bournemouth, in the hope he can at least get Kerkez to play better!
Nothing cheers me up more for the following week than when Liverpool lose (unless the missus is going on holiday).Surely Slot has a plan B and C during games as well as tactical nouce in his formation and planning?

I loved that ManUre couldn't even score against 10 men for 80 minutes. The Prem must be the toughest League in the world now where there is so little between the top and bottom teams- Besides WolvesNothing cheers me up more for the following week than when Liverpool lose (unless the missus is going on holiday).
YNWA You'll never whine alone.
