Freaky Vegas 8.9 Rating???

I joined Freaky Vegas casino nearly 10 days ago largely to the fact it was rated at 8.9 on casinomeister. I made 2 deposits £1,000 & £2,000, played live roulette and won nearly £25,000.
I sent in my documents 10 mins later and spoke with live chat who said they would review it for me before processing my withdrawal. Next day I checked on here and saw dunovers kyc & withdrawal all done, processed and money in bank in 4 days, so messaged the Lucas the rep on here and he told me he would look into it for me and get back to me later in the day, he didn't and replied 2 days later saying that it had now been approved and the withdrawal should now be processed soon.
I sent another message as live chat couldn't give me any feedback regarding the withdrawal and was told shouldn't be any more than a couple of days. As of today I still haven't received my withdrawal which is 10 days since requesting it!!
I'm the one at fault as I should know better but wanted to play at a new casino to play some higher stakes roulette. I should have maybe done my own research but seeing the 8.9 which is higher than a lot of casinos I rate highly I assumed it would be safe.
So now reading some of the poor feedback left on here, the extremely slow withdrawal times (10 days and counting), dunovers quote - "This is what's known as vague 'Spirit Of The Bonus' terminology and as such isn't appropriate for accredited casinos." regarding their t&c's, the limited slot providers and very basic features, I wonder how can this casino be rated so high??
Maybe I'm missing something but I can't see how you got to an 8.9 rating?
I have now closed my account which even for that I was told I had to wait until the next day! Very poor casino and one to avoid!

The ratings cover a number of things, and where Freaky Vegas is strong in its rating is its payout speed, weekend payouts and locking withdrawals. I can look into this of course, and perhaps it should be updated. Forum activity is another score which they seem to be doing well on - but I haven't visited their score in the past month or so.

Nevertheless, what you have posted is alarming. Unless there is a serious snafu or other issue, you should have been paid by now.

For me they didn't separate the bonus and cash funds like they have to for UK customers, and they have copied and pasted terms and conditions from BlackType that they still haven't bothered fixing, so i won't be playing there. Lucas seems a decent rep though and hopefully they can get the small problems ironed out (and pay people quicker!)

I assume they are actually going to pay you?

I had a e-mail from FV several months back to promote them and in a conversation they claimed they had no dealings with 'Casinomeister' even though they were active here / Baptism of Fire / and on the way to being an accredited casino. In the end, I crossed them off to come back in 6 months as things didn't add up.

On Twitch the other night, Paul mentioned this problem he was having and I did a little research and it appears that they two seperate companies / licences?

Freaky Vegas International (Glimmer Ltd) operating under MGA

Freaky Vegas UK (FSB Tech) operating under UKGC

If this is the case then international players will be treated differently that UK.

I've asked one of our testers to make a deposit / withdrawal today so will see how long it will take them to process it for a UK player. Will keep you updated :)

:what: Eh?

So the Casinomeister seal (which is worth .2 points btw) is missing from the UK version. Great.

The purpose of the seal is to let folks know that the casino has been vetted by our membership and meets our standards. There are only about a hundred or so online casinos on the planet that have the opportunity to display this seal.

Exactly what raised my suspicions when they didn't know you. Because of the successful BoF and the impressive high score you would think the affiliate manager would know about it. That makes me think UK operations are run differently.

You might want to check your affiliate stats Bryan to see if UK registrations have been going through correctly. Anyone clicking the FV link on the review gets redirected to a site run by a different affiliate program?

What affiliate program? - I'm using a UK IP and I don't see a link for one.

Well - I checked my stats at Freaky Vegas and no UK players have ever signed up there. One from the Isle of Man in January - if that counts.

Yo Lucas? Care to explain what is happening here?

When I click the link to FV from your review page I get redirected from .com ending up at the co.uk site - however the affiliate cookie doesn't appear to be forwarded through. That made me think affiliate traffic might not be registered correctly.

I think once we know the difference between Glimmer and FSB Tech it will answer a lot of questions because I'm confused :P

FSB are the platform and none of the other operators have anything to do with FreakyVegas. Glimmer seems to be the same and seems to have something to do with

who seem to have partners which include loads of casinos. Not entirely sure what they do.
I couldn't find an affiliate programme for the co.uk site either

I must admit I was wondering about the aff programme as it's unusual for me to have the amount of clicks for a new casino I have had, and not one reg or FTD!

Iranians are OK, they gave our captured sailors some new polyester suits before release and Joanna Lumley had a great time going through there on the old Silk Road.

Still no pay! It's not much, it would cost more to take the family out to McDonalds then his withdrawal is worth but I'm fascinated to see whats going on here.

Not a problem with 'FSB Technology' as I made some withdrawals at their new sites last week. The rep along with all the staff seem to have vanished at FF :o

Wow. So 2 weeks for a small withdrawal so far.
I wondered when Dunover got his payment from them if they had done it quickly as he posted on the forum regularly, as it seemed a little quicker than I was expecting it to be, and obviously that would be good publicity, reports since then seem to be saying it was.
Will be interesting to see how the affiliate situation gets resolved too.

Yes, I have myself reported an issue here to Bryan and the POGG because I have had players confirm they used my links and nothing ever showed up on my stats.
Due to repeated payment issues I have removed any links as of 10 days ago.

Yeah, Bryan and I discussed this briefly a few days ago. We agree that something is not kosher here.

FWIW, flagged Lucas on this, CC'd to Bryan. If they don't respond then ... there you go I guess.

Hi rocknrolla, good afternoon.

Apologies for the delay in reply here, i didn't realize about this thread until a little bit earlier on today when Max pm'd me about it.

I remember that i had got back to you via PM and informed you that the WD was already processed from our end. I checked again earlier on after viewing the OP here in this thread and can see that it had indeed been completed on the 17/09/2018 . You may see screenshot here:
wd-complete-17-09-2018.webp
.

Have you still not seen the funds reach your account ?

Kindly let me know when you can as in that case will get in touch with the bank as to see what happened to this transaction. as from our end the withdrawal was approved & processed right away. So in the event that you still haven't received the money, we will ofcourse escalate this with the bank in order to locate the funds and identify the reason as to why the delay was caused.

I'll wait to hear back from you then.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Rockenrolla may well have been paid now after a lengthy delay. It's apparent from this thread that others have not .

Can you advise why withdrawals are taking so long?

Also see dunovers post about affiliate links.

Thanks for replying to the thread however, I think there's more than that to answer, affiliate stuff to start, and there's a thread in the dispute forum about delayed payment too

Nicola reports her friend has been waiting 2 weeks for a small withdrawal too

Hi Borgie,

Good afternoon. The thing is that the wd of rocknrolla had been paid / processed / completed right from the beginning. (as you can see from the screenshot, not now after delay). - hence why i asked in my previous post to confirm if funds have been received or not, in order to escalate if needed ofc. Therefore I'll wait for a reply there if need to investigate further.

With regards to our withdrawals - these are generally processed within the day, at most times couple of hours done, and sometimes even less. Having said that, we are aware that at times some might get stacked up in processing that take longer than others. However most of the time if there would be a withdrawal that is taking longer than usual/expected - it's generally due to missing/pending kyc required in order to be able to process the withdrawal.

With regards to the UK affiliate links - We were made aware and have been in contact tirelessly with our platform provider (FSB) to get back to us in order to identify the issue there and resolve as soon as possible. Had in fact already informed Brian that i'm looking into it, unfortunately when using another platform (in this case we use FSB for our UK market) in certain circumstances some things are not entirely in our hands which is a setback ofcourse. I will keep you posted as soon as this is resolved.

Kind Regards,
Lucas

Hi Colin, while this was only recently brought to our attention, we are first investigating together with our UK platform provider (FSB) as to whether the links are actually not tracking, or whether the stats are not syncing from the UK affiliate traffic. At this stage I myself don't have a confirmation on what was the cause of the issue, therefore we are in contact with FSB and currently waiting to hear back from them with the info of what actually happened and why, + fix. Moreover, yes we will be notifying our affiliates via email as soon as possible be it either of the outcomes.( UK player stats not showing or UK affiliate trackers not working ).

kind regards,
Lucas

Good to see an update at last. As long as Bryan, Dunover (and others) get their missed commissions :)

I've got a feeling no, we won't. They would have to manually examine sign-ups for weeks and attribute them to the right aff. presumably. Can't see it happening, especially for a certain player I had. :(

Hopefully its just the stats haven't synced correctly as that would be easy to sort out, if its that they haven't tracked then I don't see how they could tag them properly :(

Yes, and that's what I reckon they'll come back with - haven't tracked. Then we can't prove anything either way.

if they weren't tracked then surely someone should have noticed that out of a heck of a lot of affiliate websites no one was signing up via an affiliate link in the UK . IF you have people that can go into their internet history and show that they clicked the link and signed up ( time stamped and dated ) and they still don't even offer some sort of recompense as a gesture of good will then that will show a terrible flaw to potential players . It is in their interests to pay you (something)

No I know :( not a good situation

Yeah you would think it would have been noticed wouldn't you. Other FSB brands tracking works fine as far as I know. Getting customers to go to the hassle of giving you internet history etc is nigh on impossible, you might get one or two who would do it but doesn't account for all the ones who don't, and who don't even realise theres a problem. All my sign ups (not for these) come though a variety of pages, it would be impossible for me to contact even 0.1% of my sign ups.

What I don't agree with is that FV haven't bothered emailing affiliates to tell them theres a problem. There could be 100's/1000's of affiliates out there with active links that are losing customers daily, having no idea theres anything wrong. Affiliates should be emailed and given the choice to remove links immediately, as otherwise it seems FV are happy to just keep taking sign ups from them that they are never going to have to pay for.

i see the issue with the trouble you'd have tracking down players who signed up but my point was more in regards to the element of doubt and goodwill . You're more likely to have had 1 than 0 sign ups because you have a track record of people signing up to casinos through your pages . So a balls up at their end ( we don't know that it's not going work out correctly yet mind! ) equates to non payment ? perhaps.

that signals a big NO NO for the general slotting community - let's not play there etc - if they don't get paid for generating custom then what's the chances we don't get paid for winning ? we like a gamble but one that gives us a fair chance to win.

so right now as a member of the community my first thought was glad i only deposited there once . That's just me - £20. A quick google search " freaky vegas casinomeister" shows 4 complaints on the first page .

not informing you that there was a problem says like you say "we'll take the custom thank you very much! we like freebies!" < if that's how they think then it's short term syndrome .

IF it was my casino i'd be looking and thinking " this is one of the few industries were all publicity doesn't equate to good publicity" "

the fact that people tagged the rep in threads and there was no sign of the rep and it took @maxd to wake them from their slumber is not good .

IF they don't pay you and the other affiliates something then they can't expect you to promote them after a " we are sorry but it's fixed now and will be okay from now on" or something similar because that would be taking the urine .

like you say there could be 100s/1000s still promoting totally oblivious . very disappointing .

really hope they sort it all out - not just for you and @dunover - but there will be people that read these threads that have money with freaky vegas right now and stressing about if they will get paid .

All because of a lack of communication . totally unnecessary . poor showing
