I currently have a balance of €46,825 on Vox Casino and I’m a VIP Platinum player. From what I understood before playing at this level, VIP status is supposed to come with faster or at least prioritized withdrawals. However, when I contacted support, they told me withdrawals can take up to 14 days, which feels pretty long given the amount and my status.
I’ve also come across a number of reviews mentioning slow payouts, which is making me a bit uneasy.
A couple of questions for those who’ve been in a similar situation:
Withdrawal speed (VIP players):
Has anyone here withdrawn large amounts from Vox Casino as a VIP? Did it actually get processed faster, or is the “up to 14 days” timeline realistic in practice?
Bank behavior / flags:
I’m based in the EU and wondering how banks typically handle a withdrawal of this size.
Is it safer to withdraw the full €46k in one transaction?
Or would it be smarter to split it into smaller chunks to avoid delays, flags, or potential issues?
Any gotchas?
