Is there a rep on here for FruitKings??? So I was extremely lucky last month to win £24k on a game they paid out within 12 hours I won 10k on Wednesday and now they keep stalling saying it needs to be verified fine but they have since removed the pending withdrawal from my history and he saying it’s on hold on the chat he’s actually getting quite rude towards me for simply asking why this is taking a while when they process is normally 24 hours and then saying it’s now on hold. Anyone help me please

Unfortunately we do not have a rep for them on here. They are licensed by the UKGC though and their ADR is IBAS. So do not lose all hope.

Let's see what other members of the forum who have played there have to say, but should by Monday you still find yourself in the same situation awaiting some clarity, let us know.

Thank you, I’ve just never known them to do this tbh and I won on a pragmatic game too, it just slightly frustrating when they say they have to verify every win with the game provided and it only took 10 hours for 24k for this it’s been nearly 3 days but thanks I will see what the weekend brings and if no luck by Monday I will reach out again for advice, have a nice weekend
