Help me please! Having major problems withdrawing a good amount of winnings from PlayOJO!!!

So I won a good amount of money and been registered with the site since 2021 and tried to withdraw £5000 to the card I use to add money, declined, then tried the same amount on Apple Pay got a email which I will attach saying money will be returned by 10.07am on the 2/12/25 guess what it’s not been put in, they say they want me to wire transfer the money to myself but I can’t because the on hold withdrawal has not gone back on and the thing is the chat is not helping keep telling me to wait etc, can’t contact them by phone EVEN though they called to congratulate me on such a big win, can’t contact anyone at all help me feeling really defeated right now

I can see that you were paid on the 2nd but in future keep in mind ( and its in the T&Cs ) , all large wins are subject to checking so there could be some delay in paying. As you said you always got paid quickly before so it had to be the size of the win that slowed it down this time. Nice win congrats

i really appreciate that I’ve sent a message but not heard back and that was yesterday.

Glad you got paid and you were always going to get paid. As the rep said, over a certain threshold and due to various responsibilities a licence holder has, extra scrutiny is applied.

I know players get 'panicky' when they are anticipating big amounts arriving, I've done it myself on the rare occasions it happened.

Bear in mind the reps aren't on instant reply 24/7 here, but are expected to respond in a reasonable time which they did.

I've changed the title of this thread, as it was unreasonable to insinuate a nightmare had been experienced. The player asked a question, they were connected with the rep, the situation was resolved. No nightmare here, just sorting out a payment.
