WARNING Gamblor.io ignoring self-exclusion requests and player complaints

A couple months ago a player came to us with a refund request: they had asked for self-exclusion at Gamblor.io, were told that it was done and in place, was soon after able to deposit again — and lose 1000s — but received no response when they tried to raise the issue with Support.

In frustration the player came to us and we received the same stellar treatment that the player had: utter silence from the casino.

When the player again approached the casino directly they were told that their account had been closed and that nothing further could be done.

Nice gig: accept a player’s self-exclusion request, ignore it, take more money from the player, ignore their complaint, when the player asks for their money back suddenly the account is closed and nothing can be done.

WARNING: Gamblor is ignoring self-exclusion requests AND the player complaints that that action causes. Be warned that Gamblor will ignore Responsible Gambling practice and take your money regardless of what your circumstances may be. Players are advised to take their gaming deposits elsewhere.
 
Alas this is always a certain indicator of a rogue outfit. Zero compassion or responsibility toward problem gamblers, but instead viewing them a money pot to exploit. Vile. 💩
