Be careful as this is Gambling Software Systems software. My information is that the casino is owned by Golden Coast Ventures Inc. of Wadsworth, Ohio. I don't have any info on licencing but if its GSS it will likely be Belize or Grenada. It looks as if there is a relationship of some kind with Pair of Dice Casino.
