Hi, Hope you're all well.

re Harry Casino ( not Harry's Casino )

In short Harry Casino wont pay out and either ask me to wait or insist even deposits must be played through 3 times. I think I have probably met this requirement even though its not in their T&Cs. Is it worth me trying to get them to pay? All I think i can do is ask either politely or with threats of bad reviews but as they are unlicensed I can't see what I can do but kep badgering them. For a scam operation they do seem to have a very fast and responsive livechat. Somewhere they claimed to be registed in Curacao but I can't see any number or link. Obvs I know i'm an idiot for using an unlicensed casino so no need to tell me that but looking for advice as to whether or notthere's anything I can do and if its worth pursuing :)

thanks Marcus

It’s strange how they don’t respond to feedback. Maybe you need to mention it in other big forums (the same way you did here). This way, they will be obliged to answer your request. Please let us know if there are any updates concerning this case.

Hi all, well a Christmas miracle seems to have occurred and I have been paid out! I used Harry Casino's live chat every day to politely ask why I wasn't being paid out. I had a lot of evasive responses promising it was ok and asking me to verify my crypto wallet address but never sending me the email they said I needed to reply to in order to do this. Eventually, I was able to do this verification and ...nothing...Then I asked 'are you scamming me?' 'no we are licensed...just be patient'. today I asked for details of license and got a really evasive response which seemed to confirm my fears and then out of the blue my BTC wallet has recieved my funds. Hallelujah! It was all there. I don't know what to think...but am relieved and will lern my lesson and avoid such sites but if you happen to be reading this and have ended up in similar situation keep contacting them, be polite and give it 10 days!
Cheers to everyone and have a good holiday

Hi mate I have got quick question im going thru similar situation, and wonder are they gonna pay me out my winning.its 1st day today and showing pending.

Can any of you guys shed any light? I made the mistake of wagering £100. Won 3000 and tried to withdraw. They have asked for every documentation under the sun which ( on live chat) I have been told is verified. my withdrawal request was 28th March. In all honesty I don't see me ever receiving these funds. I email them ever day and get pretty much the same response evading all questions and not answering if they are legit or not. I'm so deflated and not expecting a penny but still have the jiggle in my head. That money was meant to be helping go towards some critical surgery for my little girl so could do with knowing I can rely on the cash if it ever comes

Hi @jo1234 is this the same casino that Nate has referenced in the second post? Keep on chasing this as it has only been a few days since you made your withdrawal request.

If however, you do hit a brick wall, you may want to consider raising a PAB with the complaints team here on CM. But as you made your withdrawal request on the 28th March, worth giving them a few more days, before you go down this road imo.
