AI Slop Has anyone else had wins not credited properly?

I just had a situation where I won a decent amount on a slot, but the winnings didn’t show up in my balance. I double-checked everything and it wasn’t a mistake on my end. Has anyone else experienced this? How did you handle it, and did the casino fix it? Would really like to know if this happens often.

Contact the casino you're using and let them know, and provide as much information as possible - screenshots, game round ID and so on if you can. They'll liaise with the slot provider to see if there is a problem. It should be traceable and if it's a reputable casino they will sort it for you.

It's happened to me a couple of times, but the winnings always showed up after a few sweaty minutes of waiting. I think I might've had to get in touch with Evolution support about it on one occassion, I can't remember if they resolved it or it did it itself though.

Not entirely uncommon, so if you get in touch with support they're not going to be like, "Aye right, beat it chancer." They know it happens and should try and resolve it for you.
