Just been ripped by 24Casino.com NEED HELP

I’ve have just recently been playing on 24casino. For the first time I’ll won over $9900, but have just received a email from one of this delightful staff member introducing myself to a new terms and condition that was updated after I’ll won the amount, stating I’ll was in breach of Their terms and condition in regards to betting over there set limit on wager bonus, Unaware that I’ve breach the rules as the casino was automatically voiding my bet if I’ll went over. After a few hundred bets it allowed myself to make higher bets, automatically you would think I’ve completed my wager. Please help have no idea what to do next. Sorry in advance of any spelling mistakes

Two things here - hardly any online casinos auto-limit stakes on their slots and games when a player is using bonus funds or under wagering rules/terms. It's player beware mostly.

Secondly, if you can use wayback or have a screenie of bonus terms dated before and after you won, please use those here as evidence.

There have been proven instances in the past on this forum that some unscrupulous sites have retrospectively changed terms in order to rip-off winners, but I don't know anything about 24Casino so cannot offer any opinion myself.

Yes, I was going to mention don't use that word unless you're a proven Rhino player but the topic is a stressful matter for the OP so refrained from the temptation.

Secondly, if you can use wayback or have a screenie of bonus terms dated before and after you won, please use those here as evidence.

an example was brucebet, mrbet and spin.city. Changed their terms to cap to 200% of initial bonus value around the 27th of the month it happened but back dated confiscations to basically the entire month. Wayback machine helped prove some players cases.

That's basically x100 the maximum bet (8AUD), which wasn't changed recently. I have it in my records from atleast a year ago.

Whatever the case was with the larger bets starting to go through, it's a good practice to withdraw immediately and redeposit a fresh balance. This is because at some casinos the terms are applicable till withdrawal (which is crap).

Additionally you should never take a bonus without skimming the terms. Use CTRL-F to find the max bet, max cashout (if any), wagering and excluded games list.

You broke the max bet terms, so yep the 9.9K is gone unfortunately.

Sounds quite fair to me that they have given you another go at it IMO. Just make sure you stick to the terms.

All good I’ll guess the balance was restored as I’ll just won $9,500 from Amunra lol payment are slow like everyone else, and you only allow to withdrawal $800 every 24hrs
