I cannot believe I am writing this but I guess I have to blame myself...
I have a monster 1000x win at Kudos Casino on 10/4 (I posted in 1000x Winner Screenshots). This led to a $7000 cashout. As of right now, almost 10 days later, I have only received about $1000 (15%) of that $7000 cashout via crypto. On Thursday I was sent that initial $1000.
When asked when I would receive the rest, I was told by @iNetBet Promos that "we can process up to $1,000 per transaction with this method, and our team will take care of each one. Usually, we send out one payment a day, and once you get it, just let us know so we can get the next one ready. I know you already confirmed last week you received it, and our cashier team is aware of that. Hopefully now it will go smooth for you. You can have multiple transactions in a week, but we don’t send everything at once to make sure your funds arrive safely."
Now, two business days (Friday and today) have gone by and I have received nothing. I am hesitant to file a PAB because the last time i did, the casino cut off all communication with me and I have a second withdrawal for $2200 pending with their sister site, SunnySpins. I don't want to be punished for getting Max involved... they are essentially holding $8200 of winnings!
Does this call for a PAB? Or am I stuck just waiting for them to send payments whenever they feel like doing so? @maxd @GourdFollower
