PAB in progress Lonestar not paying after 14 days

I've emailed them and it's the same "it can take up to 14 days, we are working diligently". I'm not the only one affected either. Friend of mine been waiting a day or two longer as well as someone on Reddit same deal. I'm waiting on $1410 to my card since 12/4. I've emailed asking if my account has some sorta restriction, they say no, or if there is a card verification or something needed, they say no. Account fully authenticated. They were paying Max 72hrs usually max 48 then come post black Friday, all offers quit popping up and the redeem time is insane.

Yeah I got mixed up with the posts. Forgot the order. Pab is the way to go. They did email me today saying they wanted a w9 and either pictures of my debit card or bank statements for 3 months. I gave them both and the w9. Unfortunately crediting my card didn't work as they took so long that I had the card go defunct by then, but I linked a new card.. so they have all they need to process my redeem. Just don't want to wait another 14 days.

Ok - As @maxd has pointed out - No more replies or information can be posted about your case or the casino in your PAB - The PAB effort will be voided if this happens.

You are welcome to use the rest of the forum as normal.
