Realprize not paying after 14 biz days

I've got a $360 pending withdraw since 11/4/25. I get canned email replies. On the 13th business day, they conveniently waited until the very last bit to verify a card on my account. It's now past day 14 and they still haven't paid. Trust pilot is littered with bad reviews with similar issues too. Not sure what my recourse is here.
