Hey guys! I’ve been playing at various online casinos for a few years now. I'm joining because I want to stay updated on industry news and share some of my own experiences—both the big wins and the lessons learned. Happy to be part of the community. A particular incident had brought me here but maybe ill find more reason to stay.
 
Sure. Thats ultimately the reason for my joining the forums . Trying to see others experiences and how they handled them. But its a casino called truefortune casino...
Despite approving the $200 withdrawal, they only paid out $81. When I questioned the discrepancy, they fabricated an excuse regarding "cash back play" that didn't apply to my session. They effectively changed the rules after the win to avoid paying. Their customer service is dismissive and has zero interest in player satisfaction. Be careful—they appear to operate without a license or any regulatory oversight
 
I found two casinos with true fortune in it’s name. On the one with true-casino it says under the rules and Warranty and I quote”WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS”

In other words we don’t care about you. Just give us your money directly. So I should avoid that casino

Oh most definently the one I'm referring to has maybe like a glass ball like the fortune ball or whatever s green one that's the casino, I'm referring to I didn't read the small print I didn't, but stuff like that right there, yeah, I would avoid completely everything About them has been awful and that's just my opinion, and then I think I read that they're not even licensed. So there's nobody to enforce the rules on them, you know, I knew it was no good when it took exactly 18 business days like why 18 days. Anyways so I'm just thinking that there has to be somebody who has to do something about that, because to me, that is that should be illegal.That is almost like theft, isn't it?That is not that can't be allowed like their business.How is it even still a business , you know like, how are they even still operating doing things like that? I mean, the customer service is awful at first. They kept telling me what I was saying was not like I didn't even exist. There was no withdrawal, there was no withdraw and I'm like, what in the world nobody had a clue of what it was, nobody cared to even like, acknowledge my concern, no one was interested in what I was talking about. It was the worst. The experience was the worst like I refused to even accept a free bonus email from them like I want nothing to do with them like that is really bad business. II don't like that that's very bad business. How do they even sleep at night Knowing that they're fraudulent
 
I'm\nTrying to understand why it is even allowed.I mean, I know this day and age.It's hard to prevent a lot of things , but something like that has got to be completely shut down like that's just unacceptable the lack of accountability. Smh. but you know, at the end of day, I should have read the bold, very bold Detailed terms that I just probably overlooked assuming they played fair so technically is my own fault.Anyways, life goes on.You live in, you learn.I just wanted to let it be known to anybody who was new to the games or who was interested in , you know , being aware of we're not to play
