Those who have seen my posts know I been playing on PokerStars for many years now. Although their poker remains my online poker site, their casino has become a buggy, crashing, error message disaster that has only gotten worse over the last year. It may be my browser, hardware issues or something else but I'm calling time. Just want to ask the UK community which online casino site they would suggest. My needs are simple, deposit with debit card or bank transfer, gamble slots online with decent RTP and cash out any winnings without any hassle. Suggestions please.

Decent RTP, UK??

Bank card wise, most do VISA/MC Direct so all on a par

If RTP's are your jam then Mr Q(though expect no perks) - withdrawals and no SOW's, not guaranteed, but unlikely

Gamesys sites like Megaways offer W/d's relatively fast (not lightning fast) and IIRC decent RTPS (but that may have changed)

Bet 365 - no perks but high RTPS and no issues taking cash out etc.

Part from that....not really much else....

Thank you. I thought replies would be the big names, Sky Vegas, Ladbrokes, etc. See what others say but really appreciate your post.

Sky Vegas? no issues with w/d's but they have most rigged Bonanza, so no way i'd suggest them :p

Bet365 are the only 'big' one i'd recommend

But yeah, try the Gamesys sites - they do some weird, but good promos where you get get boxes with 50 quid in them if you play there (and not massive amounts)

Bar one miscommunication with Mr Q, never had any w/d issues with any of the names mentioned

Mr Q is the only casino I play at. Less game choice, shite website in terms of no sorting by provider, but pay me within 30mins usually. Can’t complain really. They also changed their rtps to full after some of us frugal members pointed out there mistake. Decent bunch and zero quibbles so far

Which one of them better? If you had to choose just one?)

I use Playzee. Mixed RTP's (but not the lowest), but a very good game selection. For a low roller, you'll get 10-20% bonus on most of your deposits (with good wagering terms) and reward points that can be turned into bonus cash (same good wagering terms), as well as weekly cashback (again, as bonus money and again, same good wagering terms).

Withdrawals are normally a few hours. At most a day (for Paypal at least).

Support has always been decent and I've never had any major troubles with SOW or anything. The only issue I did have once was when my account was restricted pending a review (I could still deposit and withdraw, but no bonuses). It took a month but they never actually asked me for anything. I think they put me on the regular review list but then somehow forgot about me, and it wasn't until I queried with support about my lack of bonuses that they remembered to sort something out.

Have you tried Lottomart? I split my play between Hills (god knows why?) and Lottomart, they pay fast, have a decent selection of providers and if there’s any issues they have a very active on CM.

They do send out regular promotions, usually they vary between like 50FS on a deposit to like £50 match.

Hills used to be very good with promotions, but gone to basically nothing worthwhile now.

Depends on what you mean by “decent RTPs”. For me this means maximum RTP offered by the providers. In that case, like others have said, it’s a choice between Bet365 or MrQ. Both have a decent selection of the most popular slots and their payout times are in minutes.

Don’t discount crypto casinos either. There are a couple of decent ones out there…

Your cheque is in the post, thanks! :)

I tried a Crypto casino the other day. I was very impressed at the RTP and payout speed. Won't be playing often, because there are of course risks in going offshore, but I'm not a high-roller by any means; while there are still 96% slots (even if I have to double check every time I play), I'll be sticking with the UK.

To add - I think going to 94% is bad, however it doesn't necessarily seem obvious in all cases how they've done it. Particularly Pragmatic - I've had great wins just as often on their 94% games as their 96% variants. Apart from Big Bass Splash, which cuts the RTP and also pays out less on line wins compared to the other Big Bass entries. Tsk.

(Apart from BBB Megaways, which is a different beast anyway.)

Something seems off with the Big Bass games in general now. I'm sure there used to be a 20x minimum on the bonus now you're lucky to even hit that

Quinnbet has pragmatic at 96% not sure on the other RTPs but they pay pretty quick

I've had plenty of 50-100x on Big Bass lately, all variants and all RTPs. It's playing very well for me.

sky vegas quite good for sports, but pretty shit for casino. But then, you can just use the prize machine. I Probably average 15p a week on it. Even won 3 free spins once around February/March this year.

Noticed loads of sites have now gone to 1 free spin as freebies. I mean, it's free, shouldn't complain. But it takes longer to load some of the games to get that spin that the spin takes.

your lucky getting 3 spins mine are always 10p
haha, yeah, that was sometime back in march probably, as i said. always been the 10p otherwise. They've changed the shitty pinball at betfair, Did actually win £10 on the new versjon of that today. 2nd time entered the jackpot round on it, 10p the firstt time and £10 today, nothing soecial butits still probably twice as much as I'll win if i continue using that none-mega prize machine for the rest of my days lol.

How do you play in this casino? I don't accept it VISA but all other casinos accept it. I can't deposit and play BET365

VISA debit card, not credit card. No UK casinos are allowed to accept credit card deposits. I deposit to bet365 with my VISA debit card without issue.
I have never deposited with a credit card, I only deposit with Visa Debit-HSBC and NatWest. Both cards were rejected, and I play with them in 22 other casinos, but in Bet365 it doesn't work

Sounds frustrating, especially when you've been loyal to one platform for years. Browser issues aside, if the casino side keeps crashing that consistently, it's probably on their end.

For UK players with your requirements, the key is sticking with UKGC licensed sites that have solid reputations for withdrawals. A few things to consider when picking your next platform:

Check the withdrawal processing times for debit card and bank transfer specifically. Some sites are fast with e-wallets but slow with bank methods.

Look at their slot providers. If you want decent RTP, make sure they carry NetEnt, Pragmatic, or similar providers and check whether they use the higher RTP versions. Some casinos quietly run lower RTP variants.

Read recent player feedback on cashout experiences, not just the advertised times. A site might say 24-48 hours but actually take 5 days consistently.

Since you mentioned PokerStars poker still works fine for you, maybe keep that separate and find a dedicated casino site rather than another poker-casino combo. Sites focused purely on casino tend to have better optimized platforms.

Would avoid naming specific casinos since experiences vary, but the Casinomeister accredited list is a solid starting point for UK options with verified fair treatment.

That was an old post almost a year ago. Update is I stuck with Poker Stars. I have found their mobile site to be bug free and very dependable. The PC site still has graphic problems and will log the user out for unexpected reasons. Still, last month on Poker Stars I hit the mother load with a £8020 win on DOA2 on a 40 pence bet.Withdrawal was hassle free. I think I'll stay with Poker Stars
