Hi there everyone, thank you for taking time to read my post.
Ive been a member with Lottomart for quite some time now and have never had a issue with them paying out winnings until 5 weeks ago when they wanted to verify my account, which is fine I understand the process has to be done. However they decided to freeze my account whilst I tried to make two withdrawals which total £1,960
I have provided them with full bank statements, universal credit statements, all mine and my husbands income, proof of address, photo id, birth, marriage certificate, you name it they have it, i feel it’s the most intrusive investigation ever!! That was 5 weeks ago and they still haven’t completed there checks, how long is it going to take?? Surely there must be some time scale to keep players happy! I message them everyday on there chat just to keep getting fobbed off with ‘we will be in touch via email when we have an update.
