Lottomart verification and paying out!

Hi there everyone, thank you for taking time to read my post.
Ive been a member with Lottomart for quite some time now and have never had a issue with them paying out winnings until 5 weeks ago when they wanted to verify my account, which is fine I understand the process has to be done. However they decided to freeze my account whilst I tried to make two withdrawals which total £1,960
I have provided them with full bank statements, universal credit statements, all mine and my husbands income, proof of address, photo id, birth, marriage certificate, you name it they have it, i feel it’s the most intrusive investigation ever!! That was 5 weeks ago and they still haven’t completed there checks, how long is it going to take?? Surely there must be some time scale to keep players happy! I message them everyday on there chat just to keep getting fobbed off with ‘we will be in touch via email when we have an update.
Advise greatly appreciated

Yes I know but I’ve tried to pm him several times and it says that the content cannot be posted so how do send him my email address?

just patience, you cooperated with what is needed for them to complete their review. I read youve provided a lot and now its just a matter of where in the queue you are considering fifo is applied in the process.

Lottermart is a fine outfit, just struggling with a backlog that can overcome any operator (been there, done that). Furthermore, Mark is an excellent rep with multiple awards who is probably hanging around on this site for about 2 decades now.

So dont worry to much and give them time to complete the review.

Hello Mark. I’ve just checked my account and yes I have been paid. I also received a email explaining the net loss limits etc. Thank you so very much for your help with my account. I think that had you not reached out to me on my thread I would still be waiting.
