Lottomart Withdrawal Delayed by Enhanced Verification

Lottomart – Looking for Advice on £5,500 Withdrawal / Verification


Hi everyone,

Just looking for a bit of guidance about a situation with Lottomart.

I requested a £5,500 withdrawal and shortly afterwards my account was placed into enhanced verification. I’ve sent over the documents they asked for (payslip etc.), and support have said the review is ongoing but there’s no clear timeframe.

What I find a bit odd is that I’m still able to deposit and play, but I can’t withdraw until the review is completed.

Has anyone here had a similar experience with Lottomart? How long did your review take, and is there anything you’d recommend I do at this stage?

UKGC casinos tend to review verification for larger amounts or once and total threshold has been exceeded. The big bookies sites may not, but the majority of smaller ones do this due to regulation.

You'll be paid for sure assuming everything regarding your account is straight, frustrating though it is when waiting for a decent pay-out, just be patient.

Have you been a customer there for a while, and have you made a lot of deposits there?

I have raised the same point before, but apparently this is allowed. Not quite sure how the UKGC allow it.

I personally view it as predatory. Not something you should expect from an accredited casino.

I went through EDD at another accredited casino here and could not deposit at all.

I would put a time out on the account and not play until resolved.

Boiling it all down it is basically saying “hey, you’ve transacted enough money with us that before we pay your winnings, we’d like to check to see if you can afford to gamble, and that you are not laundering money. Feel free to continue giving us money though.”

Like you say, how can the UKGC allow this?

Simple explanation: Once a player hits a threshold we do a review. If there are potential risks, we block the account. If we don’t see risks we allow the player to transact a small additional amount while the review takes place. In most cases we can do the review without having to interrupt the players experience as most won’t have a pending withdrawal. Thanks for your concern though.

What I meant was, the large domestic betting sites have a more automated (and expensive) therefore sometimes less intrusive system. This means more can be done in the background with less manual intervention.
 
I have been with lottomart along time and I have a £2,400 pending withdrawal and nearly £3k in my account. I was playing and now my account is frozen while doing enhanced verification checks.

jjabe supplied all documents requested in a fast manner, it's been 2 weeks now.

I have had a family bereavement also and need to funds to book flights

The stress is affecting my mental health along with the added stress of the family bereavement and I keep being told they will contact me

Can anything be done
 
First off welcome to Casinomeister. Secondly, to reassure you, Lottomart are a stand up operator. Unfortunately though enhanced due diligence checks do take place with UK licensed online casinos.

We have an active rep for Lottomart here on Casinomeister, @Mark_Lottomart who you may want to DM. However, being an enhanced check it is likely his hands are tied. Saying that, if everything is above board, you will get paid!!
 
I have nothing to hide, I have provided everything, I get told it's at final stage of sign off then another request for more documents

I am being made to feel like a criminal.

I have logged complaints but nothing is being done. I just keep being told to wait

I have added stress at the minute and I need to funds to book flights and hotels for bereavement but no one helping

It's been 3 weeks now and still none of the wiser, being told I will be contacted when complete.

All documents, statements, payslips proof of inheritance sent all questions asked but nothing

Put complaint in and still waiting

I need the funds to assist with funeral costs, I'm going on holiday on Tuesday and need spending money but no one seems to want to rush this through.

Last document request was well over a week and half ago and still nothing

Please help me get this completed, with the stress of the verification, no withdrawal funds, family bereavement, funeral costs is affecting my mental health but seems they do not care about this

Lost count the amount of threads like this about this casino yet here they are with a 9.4 rating?? Give me a break.

I’d be absolutely fucking livid waiting over 3 weeks to get paid.

Nice bloke or not, the casino he works for is dog shit and clearly has issues that need to be sorted and should be nowhere near being recommended to any poor sod that has the misfortune of signing up with them and rotating a few quid.

I hope what the guy is saying here is legit and that he gets paid but for gods sake don’t think of ever giving them another coin.

I have a pending withdrawal and funds still in my account balance.

I honestly don't know what the hold up is, they have everything they need and I am just not getting anywhere

All I am being told is they will be in contact, I am not being funny, it doesn't take over a week to review the last document you asked for. I provide all the documents they requested within 5 minutes of getting the email so nothing is delayed

The delay is there end, all I want is my winnings all of them

But occasionally you do get people register on here complaining about not getting paid when they’ve broken even the most basic of terms.

So there are always 2 sides.

I hope you get paid. If you do then I wouldn’t risk playing there again.

They operate mid level RTP. There are numerous places you can play that offer the same if that doesn’t bother you, if it doesn’t and you’re from the UK just stick to UK bookie sites.

Slots Temple are all max RTP and are adding more and more games constantly. As yet I’ve had no issues at all with them and I’ve deposited and withdrawn way past what these clowns would allow before asking your life history. 100 times that at other UK ‘bookie’ sites.

My thoughts as well, I have messaged mark and not heard anything back

I am still being told to wait and I'm going on holiday tomorrow for 2 weeks and no one seems to care about anything

I have never experienced this with Lottomart before, I keep reading they made changes and the process quicker but clearly they haven't 3 weeks I have been waiting, last document requested was a week and half ago and nothing they said they would review it as soon as they got it and needed final sign off
