On April 21, i enter in in my account, and I received a congratulatory message for winning 25 dollars with a tournament. I start playing the slots, (max bet $ 2) I make several wins, and then I deposit about $ 34 and send the documents to the support. (my id and utility bill).While i was playing i was disconnected and i did not have access to the site anymore. on April 22, i contacted chat and he told me that my account is under review and It will be available again in the day.
Absolutely false, i have still not access to this fraus site.
Yestardy i contacted chat support and tole me that decision to close my account, has been taken by the dipartment. ( which department?)
It is clear that it is a scam..
They have withheld my deposit and winning for no reason.
