So i made 2 withdrawals but my account is not verified, went to my documents page, there is this "

Please be advised that for the time being we do not require identification documents from you.​

Once it is necessary to verify your identity, address or payment method we will notify you and enable upload functionality in this tab."

ok, contacted customer support and they told me that i still dont need to give them documents and withdrawal takes up to 3 business days. So now i need to wait when they will check my withdrawal and after that probably will ask for documents. Why i cant send them now to speed up everything?

Yes, some casinos have a portal for uploading docs even before asked, so I get your point here. It makes you feel better doing it ahead of time. I prefer that type of set-up. LVbet are quite quick, I'd expect you to get it before that time quoted.

there is lvbet.lv with same logo and even page, they ask you to do it in 72h after you register, strange that .com does it differently

withdrawal is completed but still they dont need my documents, strange

made another two withdrawals and after 24+ hours they finnaly asking for documents. Now i need to wait for approval of documents and withdrawal.. bonus is that when made withdrawals i asked straight away can i uplaod my documents but support told not now...
