Magicwin.bet refusing to close my account, help.

If anyone knows how to get them to close my account I would be very grateful !

Magicwin.bet is a fake casino. The license they claim (Master License 34389464EU granted by the Curaco.) to have doesn't exist. If you registered with your real details, try updating them to something like 'Mr. Bean, Flat 3, 79 Wanker Street', etc., then leave the site and don't come back.

They even misspelled Curacao as 'Curaco'."

They will never close it as requests like that tell them you are a problem gambler which to the scammers is manna from heaven. Of course, if you played more money and won, the fact you asked them to close it would be immediately recalled and give them an excuse to not pay you under their 'responsible gambling' policy....

So you cannot win either way with these conmen.

Just pretend you never ever saw the site.

You could raise a PAB with our team, they might be able to lean on this outfit to close your account. Oter than that, there is not much else you can do sadly.

As a rule of thumb, if their URL sounds like something someone came up with on their way to work yesterday, then you should probably avoid them.

Even on TP nearly all magicwin.bet reviews are negative. Most people say that it is a scam casino.
