I have been a sports bettor for many years on multiple platforms. However, for the past few months I have been unable to log in to the Lolly-bet website. After posting multiple messages on Trustpilot, I am losing hope of recovering the €600 I have on the site.
They replied to me once, saying that there was an investigation, but that was several months ago. Now, when I try to log in, I get the message: "User not found".
A friend recommended that I come here, as perhaps someone might be able to help me.
