Millionaire Megapots, bonus round didn't credit

Just had a go on the new Millionaire Megapots game and it failed to credit a bonus win. I obviously don't have a screenshot to show but landed a hold and spin bonus and should've been credited $30.08 and got credited nothing. Immediately go to check the bet history, nothing in there regarding the round. But it certainly took the credit for it and it's been well over 2 hours now since it happened and nothing.

Casino currently checking what's gone on but they can't see the round either, can certainly see my stakes gone for it though. Can understand stuff like this can occur but from a firm like Evo/BTG seems a bit iffy?

Think BTG might be in a bit of trouble with this one would avoid for now based on my experience. Managed to trigger (Yes I know I'm stupid for going back to it) the hold and win feature in the base on back to back spins and guess what, didn't credit both times.

Real clanger to release a slot in that state, one of the bonus rounds in question but my balance doesn't update at all

Wouldnt be the first time a BTG slot has had issues on launch.

Never experienced what seems to be an easily reproducible bug where one type of bonus triggers but never pays.

Funnily enough they took the slot down about 2 mins after I opened the 2nd request. Have a suspicion they will say it's just a visual error and not credit my bets back or the winnings.

Just to keep this thread updated. So on one casino I just got credited the win I missed from the bonus round not crediting.

Only for me to open a game and for that balance to disappear suddenly when I did a spin on a slot

This seems to be a bit nuts anyone else ever experienced this?

So you said in post 2 avoid it and you still went back and played it and when you got credited you went back again and tried to play it.

Take your own advice and play something else.

No sorry I meant to say I didn't touch it after the bonus rounds didn't credit, I landed 2 more hold and spin bonus rounds pretty quickly after the first.

Also they took the slot down and you can't play it anymore after I raised the issue.
