More 32Red nonsense

I have been getting alerts on 32red that due to my increased playing of slots (not actually true as I was gambling much more 10 years ago) it was causing them concern I turned off all notices I could in the settings and then got blocked from playing for about half an hour.
A few days later I was merrily playing a slot and it posted up that the game was not now available to me. I had been blocked again.
I contacted them on live chat and they arranged for a phone call to be made at 4-45 the same day.
4-45 came and went and no phone call.
A couple of days later I was blocked again - this time for 2 hours so I rang customer services on a number they had quoted me in an email.

I went through all their questions and ultimately all blocking was removed - or so they thought.

It now turns out that those blocks (although they have now been removed) caused a bonus block to be instigated and that cannot be manually removed.
So I can play but can't receive any bonuses until that block clears itself. They don't know when that will be though.
It gets worse in that I can't even cash out any Ruby points either as that might lead to me getting a bonus

It's so dire. Over 10 years I've been playing there. I think it's time to dump them.

I don't know when Unibet bought them but it's gone seriously down hill.
The writing's been on the wall for a while now but obviously I'm a fish and keep going back but the complaints cup is now full.

Casinomeister used to adore them giving them awards every year and it was like they sponsored the place about 10 or so years ago, but I have the same issues as you at both 32red and Unibet they block promotions if you play for even an hour, they constantly say you are playing too long and it got to the point where I don't deposit there anymore just to keep the free spins promos.

It's a wonder anyone attempts to play there anymore and how anyone can even hope to do their tournament promos with such restrictions.

Back in the day, especially in their formative years, the way they operated was the gold standard for online casinos. Hence the numerous awards received, especially from us here at Casinomeister.

I’ve seen the behind the scenes base code for most uk facing casinos these days.

Unfortunately during these times they forget to disable the ‘send out email giving shit offers and promos to encourage deposits’ thus completely contradicting what they claim to actually give a fuck about.

We all know they don’t care and in fact rely on addicts and mug punters to keep the business model going. I’m sure it’s more of a nause and annoysnce on their predatory tactics that have been allowed to go on for years, creating such problems in the first place.

That is a totally unreasonable statement to be fair. Back when they got numerous awards they were a MG Viper casino and the best one, along with their rep Mark (now Lottomart Mark) and were outstanding. They also bought Golden Lounge (rogued) and transformed them into the same standards, so along with Nedplay and Dash they were 4 great sites.

As with any business purchase, standards can change and alas they aren't the outfit they were, simply another average multi-platform casino.

Remember how good Trada were here, also winning awards. Then Aspire (IIRC) took them over and where are they now?

It's people that make places, and when they change....

32red were good for a long time but sadly, now they are not.
Ah well, that's life.
It's their staff that should be complaining - after all it's them that will pay the price ultimately.
A casino with no punters can't survive. Maybe they can learn to be baristas

I noticed the other day that they have an 'Exclusive' new Immortal Romance game, Sarah's Secret
It's running at 92% RTP,
Which prompted me to check some other games. Immortal Romance (original) is now also at 92% along with Thunderstruck II.

They originally ran at 96%, then when they changed platform a few months ago, it dropped to 94%, Now they've lowered them again to 92%

I have now deleted my account.
During the deletion process, you are asked to choose a reason. Oddly RTP% isn't one of the reasons offered.
