Hi everyone
From what i see around, people are complaining from 2023 about MrSloty for not giving them the winings ( windrowed)
So yes, I’m in the same situation request my windrow money from 04/05/2025…after almost 3 months my windrow money is still in awaiting.
On the live chat support, I’m getting the same answers each day ( from what we can see your windrow is still in pending, be patient etc etc )
On the email support, nobody is answering after that I sent them 20 emails
No phone number, no nothing.
I contacted the gambling authority from Netherlands
( from what I saw, in Netherlands they have the main office)
Netherlands gambling authority, they told me that MrSloty doesn’t have license issued by them.
I contacted the United Kingdom
gambling authority ( they told me that MrSloty doesn’t have gambling license issued by them )
But they working and promoting their casino site in England, and it’s illegal
I live in United Kingdom in the past i got small amounts of windro from MrSloty from 3 party company.
But now its 500£ from 04/05/2025 and from what I see they will not give me the money
I suggest everyone to contact the gambling authority from United Kingdom and tell them to send you the form complain, that’s what I’m doing
My question is how they working, and people complaining from 2023 about them and the authorities can’t catch them?
