I deposited $15 on an Australian site I can't remember what the site was called but I have the name of person I pay id and phone number but have tried calling the number but it never rings been through my browser information and can't find it again please help

A couple of things here sound a bit worrisome:

• you say “an Australian site”. AFAIK there are extremely few gambling sites legitimately operating within Australia, it shouldn’t be too hard to spin through that short list and see what rings a bell.
• if you mean an offshore casino then that complicates matters hugely. Google search the info you have. Unlikely to bear fruit but an obvious first pass.
• how is that you have that name and number? You weren’t using a bookie were you? We’re seeing more of that these days — certainly in Wild West markets like Africa and South America — and it usually doesn’t end well.

Looks like the casino is using third party to receive deposits. It's quite common now that casinos are hiring local people from the regions they are restricted and taking money in their accounts to process deposits and cashouts.
I remember Dama nv casinos using a similar technique and used CSgo skins for gambling purchases. Don't know if they still do it
