hi after seeing the casino's ranking on casinomeister i decided to join twin casino.
everything seems good.. i like the layout and the slots games that are available.
i got 2 issues so far with twin casino.. of course i already talked to their staff on live chat.. and still left clueless.
on casinomeister it advertise that there's an exclusive $5 for NEW and Existing players.
Exclusive: $5 Free for new and existing players:
the 2nd issue is i took advantage of their promotion with the slot "Pyramid kings" i deposited 20 dollars and whatever i won with the 40 free spins i got from the promotion. i played a few other games first than i open 2 screens and played reactoonz and moon princess simultaneously. i put them both on auto spin, my bets were small only at 20cents and towards the end i put it up to 40 cents.
i played for a while and managed to trigger only 1 feature with moon princess, and when i was down to my last 17 dollars i managed to trigger another feature on moon princess. i chose the middle chick and manage to win 29-30 dollars, but i noticed it didn't add to my balance. i immediately went on live chat and told them what has happen.
i still till now dont get what the girl on live chat meant when she says that cause i played the bonus delayed or soemthing and it's against the casino rules.. im still very confused. i checked moon princess history and it did not show the winnings, i also checked the history within twin casino's page and it also did not show.
while talking to her i played out the rest of my 17 dollars on moon princess and managed to trigger another feature.. this time i only won $5 but it payed to my balance...
so y would it pay on 2 of my other features and not that one
can someone please explain to me what i did wrong please?
