Just to put your minds at ease this is still a work in progress .. The migration has not been finalized as yet and we will communicate the entire process with affiliates as we go along this road.

We have not added a completion date for this project but we hope it will be completed in a speedy and effective manner in the next few months so its business as usual for Red Returns and Fortune affiliates for now!

What impacts will be felt by players?

Will there be changes to the terms and conditions of the Red Flush brands as a consequence of this migration? If so, from what date will they apply?

As a player, I have had nothing about this so far in my mailbox. As a CM member, this has been obvious for a while now, with Red Flush being the latest brand to have been absorbed into Digimedia.

Fortune Lounge do have a couple of interesting MPV tournaments, which recently have had their prize pools dramatically lowered. Hopefully, more players seeing and playing these events should create bigger prize pools.

bad promos issues hour long support chats to get things fixed

got alot of email from there guys with offers like free spins on tomb raider are all ready in you account
and spins never there and chat reps had no idea.
and the massive hour it took me to claim a promo from them they never sent?
so the group did after a hour of my time to claim the first part stuck to there email
and then another hour to get the second half o the offer started the spins where not on the game they promised in email but where of same value
but then more issues balance was zero won $20 of free spins in my promo after that had a decent win and my bonus was over $40 they had not even cleared my last bonus playthru sadly i was that fed up i couldn't even bring myself to spend another hour on chat with a person with no idea to fix it basicly this was the last straw for this group i knew something was up when there payment names changed also i expect a wagering change for them to 50x

sorry had to have a rant about this can provide more details if need be.

New emails regarding our migration

Hi All,

Today a mail went out to all Red Returns affiliates from Fortune Affiliates, detailing the migration of your Red Returns account(s) into a Fortune Affiliates Account. If for any reason you did not receive an email today, please private message me your contact details immediately.

The most important things to take note of with this migration are:

1. The migration takes place on player level not on tag level, so all current media links pulled from the Red Returns system will need to be changed to media links from the Fortune affiliates system. Your account manager can assist you with this.

2. Old reports and earnings in the Red Returns System will not be migrated into the Fortune Affiliates System. You will be able to access your old Red Returns account until 31st of August 2014 on this url Outdated URL (Invalid), so please pull any data you find necessary prior to this date. Your data will be updated in the Fortune Affiliates system as of July 1st 2014 and going forth.

Perhaps you can advise me as to why, having since closed all my RF group accounts a while back, I still receive e-mails from both RF and LaVida every couple of days 'Dunover no deposit goes unrewarded' and why I received a nuisance phone call from S.Africa last week from Major Tom????

Well as the new (in March 2014) Affy System is one of the biggest heaps of rubbish I have ever seen as an affiliate, I think the easiest and best option would be for all webmasters to just stop promoting all of your brands.

Seriously, you need to get a MUCH better affiliate reporting system in place pronto, or your partners are going to start leaving in droves.

Those of you that previously had FA accounts and know how the system works can go ahead and start changing the media links on your site.

If you did not have a FA account we will have sent you an email with your new account login details. For information on how to use the Fortune Affiliate media system please refer to our system manuals which can be found here: Outdated URL (Invalid)
