About a 2weeks ago I won a jackpot on a RTG game. The game immediately stopped and a notification popped up that they would be reviewing the jackpot and locked me out of all of the games. A few days later, I received an email from CPS letting me know they are investigating and asking for me to provide some verification information. The casino site reached out and said congratulations and this should be resolved in about 2 to 3 days. It has now been almost 2 weeks and they continue to say about 2 to 3 days. My gut tells me this might take a long time or never get paid at all. Does anyone else have experience with an RTG jackpot?

I hit a $10,000 jackpot on slotocash a couple years ago. I had none of this happen. The amount went to my balance and was paid.

This was years ago, but never happened when I won a jackpot either time for a major, nor minor ones that I ahve won.

They are Inetbet. They are a solid casino so you were going to get paid.
Sort of weird behavior from them to withhold jackpot winnings for so long.
Usually when you post on the forums they smarten up I do notice. Likely why you got paid not long after posting.
Well, I may have spoke too soon. The jackpot funds were released by RTG to my kudos casino account. I have reached out to them numerous times since to see if they will be turning the games back on since the funds were released.(when I won the jackpot, all of the games were turned off for the review.) I have also requested a small withdrawal of the $22,000 jackpot and it is still in the requested phase. Previous withdrawals have been processed a lot quicker. The response I continue to get as we will send this to management for them to take a look at. Maybe it always takes this long in the situation, but I’m getting the feeling they might make it tough.

Delaying tactics is rouge behaviour imo.
The delay doesn’t make sense though because at the time I hit the jackpot, they locked all of the games while it was under review. So I can’t spend down my balance.It’s no longer under review and has been credited to my account but the withdraw is taking longer than normal, and the games are still locked.

Oh well thats good that the games are locked.
Not sure why they are taking so long. A jackpot win doesnt really come out of their pockets so no reason to delay really.
