Shakebet literally stole my money

I made my first deposit on 5.11. The deposit never arrived in my gaming account, but the money disappeared from my bank account. To this day I have not received the deposited amount. I have been in contact with the bank (revolut)

At this point I thought the money would arrive back in my account so I made a second deposit, with which I managed to win €1000. I waited for my withdrawal for almost 2 weeks, asking about it almost every day, until they decided to close the gaming account without any notice. I asked them myself and this is the answer I got:

We are writing to inform you that we have received a report from a third party alleging activity involving the wallet connected to your account that may be suspicious or potentially fraudulent.

In line with Clause 17 of our Terms and Conditions, and given the seriousness of the concerns raised, we have exercised our discretion to restrict and permanently close your account with immediate effect.

We appreciate your understanding.


I was completely shocked, I have never committed any fraudulent or dishonest act anywhere....

So any ideas what should I do? Or is there anything I can do? Atleast I want my deposited money back, but they are not answering me anymore.
 
yes,I was stupid enough and made second depo, because this has happened to me before at another casino and the money has always been returned to my bank account. So I thought that would happen now t
So why did you pick this casino.

How did you check it was legit ? As looking around I don’t even think they have a decent license ! They are based out out Costa Rica I think….

How did you pay them ?
