Slots that you have given up on

Hi - has anyone ever pumped a load of money into a slot on multiple occasions with literally no comeback and then iust walked away. Even the likes of bonanza will bounce back eventually.

Probably a bit late to the party on this one - for me it is Jammin Jars 2 - the worst gaming mechanic I have ever seen where you go to collect tokens - which is a good 2-3 hour task - and then at that point the bonus kicks off randomly (similar to Wild Swarm).

However, unlike Wild Swarm we are talking potential 1000-1500x extra losses (not spins) on a regular basis even when you have collected the tokens. And then finally to compound it when the bonus does roll it can spit out a 50x win on multiple attempts.

I get variance but that is insane - even Dead or Alive 2 will spit out the odd 500x win on your journey to the wild line.

My version does! :D

I do actually love both

I do actually love both games  Raging Rhino slightly more forgiving. I don’t think its on any crypto casinos though unfortunately.
I love rhino and still try every now and then but the way it just churns out unlimted dead spins and swallows cash.

It's not the same game it once was. Like a lot of Slots that get (Cough Cough) UPDATED/AGoodOldGimping!

And sadly SG Gaming and Williams are not on any crypto site I know of, I wish they were though.

I wonder why there not?

Any big bass game...
I will not have anything bad said about big bass and my mate Steve  , In my opinion they are one of the best slots games to play on a small balance or low rolling.

In this past week I have had the super bonus on big bass golden lake, that paid 50 quid on 15p stake. I've had bigger bass splash 10x re trigger that paid around 70 pounds on 15p stake, I also hit super bonus on the horse racing big bass game in the same night as the other super bonus I hit.

And that's not to mention I also got 10x retrigger again last night on big bass splash and that went for over 100 pounds on a 15p stake. Those were just the huge features not counting all the 100x to 200x etc features I also hit along the way.

And there's the hundreds of times i have made withdrawals from 5 free spins or 1 free spin on big bass bonanza games.

Don't get me wrong,

I too can see how predictable they are and you can tell how your bonus is going to play out most times. But I find them to be very fair games to be honest even if they are a tad bit tedious to play.

Keep in mind, I only ever play them round 10p to 30p range, maybe 40p to 60p max if I'm well up on the night,

Which is very rarely 😄

Maybe they play worse at higher stakes, because I win on big bass games pretty much every month.

Yet everytime I come on here to post my big wins on big bass games funny enough, all I ever see is people saying how shit they are.

It just confuses me. 😄

Never quit a game because of no returns, otherwise I'd have quit dice long time ago.

I quit Wild Coyote Megaways just because I got annoyed it seemed one of the most boring titles.

Come on guys leave Mr Bass alone, else your next feature will be all the upgrades and 10 dead spins. (This happened to me) 😄

Lol, same here, more than once,

For some reason, I've taken a shine of late to the original (1st) BBB.

Does bonus quite often to be fair but geez, the teaser spins which fail make the Dead or Alive of yesteryear look pale in comparison.

J love the ones with extra bet as they land much quicker then without the bonus bet turned on.

Literally had like 50 bonuses Last night, they were landing 1st press b2b etc. When you catch them on a streak they bonus in nearly every 10 spins. 😄

If you got a sec mate, would you list the ones here with the Extra Bet please, save me opening then all lol.

Got a deposit bonus offer at L&L so if all goes well can try 2 or 3 of them before having to head for DoA :o

Bonanza, WWTBAM, Reactoonz.

There's probably a couple more I regularly played that I haven't in a while.
One type I have never played in years and abandoned fast after the first time are those frustrating and boring Moon Princess type games, where you fill meters or expose letters behind wins or have to clear the screen.

It's like watching raindrops roll down the window on a miserable day, waiting for one to complete its journey to the sill in a straight line.

MP and clones/variants are very much marmite games.

Had a costly obsession with them for a few years, and some absolute monster wins along the way, but I've dialled back on them lately.

The latest "origins" variants are genuine dogshit and I have yet to understand what is going on on the screen, or why, after running thousands of spins through them on min stake.

Somehow I only took a liking to Reactoonz. The other grid games never really appealed to me, gave them a go now and again but I've played Reactoonz for years and had the 1500x (15 pinks x2) once. Last couple of times I had a go I made it to the Garga and had a great setup just to have it miss with 1 tile off...

I quite like the bass games, even at 94-95% they seem to give you a reasonable chance of getting ahead, I just wonder if it's because a lot of money gets played through them, whereas Raging rhino is now probably a fraction of previous turnover.

I know folk say it doesn't make any difference, but somebody has to have the dead spins, and if no one else is playing it, it's you. 🥹

The bass games are fast turnover and bonus frequency is quite high relatively speaking, especially on extra bet. So it can feel like you're getting a game although I do find them quite difficult to get ahead on.

Although BBB 1000 has a more vicious profile, I've been lucky enough to land the 1000x fish twice now, so there's that. It does seem a bit fairer whereas on the other BBB games I've never, ever had a valuable fish.

Had this about twenty times. It will pay out very predictably on a decent rtp version.

Wouldn't you say that an experience such as yours depends on which site you are playing? I have found some casinos pay out better than others. VS comes to mind as a site with very poor payouts. I know they are a sponsor here so not sure if it's cool to say that. But it's been consistently my experience and I have stayed away from it for one year at a time, revisited it, initially improved payouts and then back to shit.
Do you play at multiple sites or have a favourite? I would be curious to know where you have had the positive experience you speak of.

You are right in what your saying, Big bass on a 94% rtp you can forget it. I dont even play unless there at the full rtp. So playing at sites like videoslots etc you will not find as many scatter teases and bonuses in general.

But if you play them on the higher rtp at slots temple, or a crypto casino, they actually play like they did before the rtp nerf to uk sites. Last night again i had like 50 bonus rounds in total ( No exageration) in a couple of hours b2b bonuses and 1st spin bonuses etc. But like any game on any site when the doom switch hits it doesnt matter what game or stake your playing its all one direction down hill from there.

I nearly bust out twice last night but big bass restored me to my starting balance twice. And then i got greedy and it pulled my Knickers down.

But i do find them to be fair games.

I do most my play at the following casinos

Bet365

Vave.com crypto casino (Recommended by a friendly chap on this forum)

Slots temple

Betfred ( Sometimes) They still have some high rtps

It's so true, they murdered raging rhino in terms of the way it pays and plays and even graphically it's worse. Which most people probs played it once on html realised it was an imposter of what they once loved and never returned.

Which like you say would mean some mug has to eat the 8.7 million dead spins just waiting to played out.

(I'm usually that that mug, That has a good munch)

So that does seem like a valid, reasonable point as to why it's fucking awful now.

Still can't explain why it runs like shit now and crashes on every 3oak Rhino win, (For me it does anyway)

For me it's now a game I get to play rarely, When at one point there was no other game i played. As I only play it when up £100's because I know it's gonna rob £30-£40 for no action, or money on min bet, maybe a bonus guarantee after getting 8 re triggers, If your lucky!

Got more chance of winning playing starburst now.

All they gotta do is release Raging Rhino 2 but with the quality of the O.G game it regains popularity, and people find the original rhino maybe play it and the player base re populates. Like a Dead Or Alive, Dead Or Alive 2 thing.

Or they could remaster it, That seems to be one of the hot trends for devs at the moment as SG Gaming have just re release an old game Spartacus, But have called it spartacus 96. So I'm presuming that it's the same game just running at a fixed rtp of 96%.

They have the license to Raging Rhino so just do the same with Raging Rhino another old WMS title.

I'm sure there are thousand of new gamblers now playing Dead or Alive 1, because they found it through playing Dead Or Alive 2 (a more current game).

Maybe I'm just thinking out loud but I don't see why this wouldn't solve the issue if this is the issue, and the slot isn't just gimped to the high hills now.

Temple Tumble for me, played it fairly regularly for 3 or so years but fuxk me it hates me. Biggest multiplier for me in all that time was only 500x . I went through a stage of a dozen or so deposits and didn't make one withdrawal. I actually like the game but ive no luck with it , You can easily go 20 spins without a win .

Well, posting in here I hadn't played it a lot made me have a go... It did me dirty again, 96% version btw. 3 positions it could give me 15+ pinks and...

🤷‍♂️

A little over 100x in total instead of 750x

They have an absolutely golden back catalogue of WMS land based titles that they could release, plus they could remaster the online smash hits like Rhino and Monte, but they seem to have zero interest in doing so.

The old WMS stuff was a mix of low, medium and high variance titles but even their high variance ones would probably only be considered medium in today's industry. Perfect for L&W who seem to specialise in that sort of thing.

I think the market is crying out for this - the old WMS were masters at their craft - but sadly the Spartacus re-release seems to be an outlier, there's nothing else of interest on their roadmap.
