Starscream Ltd - Responsive?

Hello all,

Before I start a PAB, I just wondered if anyone here knows if Starscream (woopwin, x7 etc) is responsive? Or if CG has connections with anyone their?

I have seen they are being removed from all affiliate sites and unfortunately I have had 600 euros stuck in one of their sites for 3 weeks with no contact.

Didn't want to waste PAB time if they are not active or blacklisted here or something.

I've found their sites to be somewhat individual in terms of their conduct. Some are very bad and some I never had any issues with. As gammix historically, they have a terrible reputation.

Have you contacted them via live chat? I seem to remember having a similar situation and it turns out they needed KYC from me but forgot to ask for it (yeah right). Once I sent it i was paid a week later.

Bit confused about the name - is it referring to the cream of stars, or the scream of a single star?

Yes I did their sumsub auto KYC on the back office and verified.

I have reached out via email and spend at least 40 minutes every other day on chat in the background (it just times out and no email responses).

I don't know if CG has any connections here, which is what I am exploring before doing the PAB
