Thoughts on UK based Midnight Casino?

Played there a few times, decent selection in games and withdrawals in seconds. I did notice they had DOA at 94% but thats probably the new norm.

My experience with them:

Won over £10k at around 2am, by 10am got a phone call from a really nice manager based (UK based) congratulating me on my win. Asked a few basic questions on employment/hobbies and what I would do with the winnings. Within 3 hours the money was in my account. This was my first withdrawal by the way.

Had a few smaller wins and cash was in my account within minutes.

Customer support are fine, they're very to the point and no messing around with live chat. I did chase up one withdrawal due to the slight delay and the agent said watch my bank account & money landed whilst still chatting lol. So it seems the customer agents can push any delay withdrawals through or they're sat with the payments team & this was out of normal office hours by the way.

Website is very professional, modern, good range of games & daily free scratch-card prizes just for logging in. Found the slots played really well for me, not sure if I just had a few lucky sessions.

I believe they're independent and seeing some good feedback on these guys, Trustpilot reviews don't make any sense and wondering if it's a competitor trying to bring them down.

Be nice to see Casinomeister do some checks & get them on the recommended list.

I find that very strange - a manager phoning up after a withdraw request seems very very rare in this day and age.

At best they just send an email or they just suspend your account with a pop up and ask you to contact them or reply to the email for documents if needed etc. Phone calls are only now used for gambling problems so they can assess if you have a gambling problem or not so they can take action to limit or close your account if you fail the checks they do on the phone call.

I had only opened the account that evening and deposited around £500, I always set a monthly deposit limit off £700, as I hear £700 is a magic number with many brands to stop them asking for financial documents...dunno how true that is, a few agents let that slip on live chat.

Anyway, yeah it's odd but it felt just a friendly down to earth chat, nothing sinister about it. Maybe because they're such a new casino and so small they have that personal touch with players.

As I say I hadn't lost anything with them, all documents verified within 2 minutes also automatically.

just being honest I do not believe that they called. But hey what ever congrats on your win.

Do you mean Midnite? If so, they both emailed and called me to congratulate me on my recent win. They paid straight away with no issues.

Think it's a nice touch when you win a large amount and the manager gives you a quick bell for a chit chat & to say congratulations from the team.

I read on another gambling forum someone won £20,000 and they sent flowers, chocolates and sent a well done card to the player 😂😂😂

Absolutely horrendous harassment none stop emails and kicking you out for forced time outs! No word of a lie I closed account because it's ridiculous during play you get none stop emails saying they are enforcing loss limits then next email within ten mins of the last one will ask for a questionnaire on salary says its not mandatory etc. You'll deposit and it will instantly add a 15 min time out! Just a shocking over the top nanny state casino. Shame cos withdrawls are quick but I can't be bothered with the harassment for my tiny deposits acting like I'm Pablo escobar

I got the reminder pop ups every 60 minutes with Midnite but I get that on all sites these days, maybe your reminder pop ups was set at 15 mins and not 60?

Talking about forced limit I was registered with another site and yesterday they took my monthly deposit limit down from £1k to £50 - lol - I would say who it is but I'm still waiting for a withdrawal which is taking ages so need to keep my mouth shut till I receive the cash. Only been playing on this particular site for 4 days and spent £100 but won a lot more luckily customer services did confirm I would receive the money but if I wanted a limit more than £50 I've gotta submit all banking documents and wages etc which I refuse to do so I'll close my account when the money is received, they'll also receive a snotty email telling them to stick the account.. I mean £50 I'll be lucky to 5 mins gameplay at £2 per spin with that.

I joined Midnite today. The experience was nice. The website has a nice interface, however there doesn't appear to be a search function. Deposited, played for a while and made a withdrawal. The withdrawal was instant. All good so far.

The search function is top left and second in the list below the home button.

Nothing good came from using them for a few months now, not to say it can't happen but it doesn't feel right, maybe the rtps are snubbed on all games but certainly nothing happened with a large deposit and very little bonuses to be had, I think it was less than 1 in 500 spins on varying games, something about it feels worse than others or maybe I am just that unlucky on there.

The site is nice and easy to use but lacks some top tier games.

I won't be using them again.

Think that's just bad luck. I've had a decent experience there after using them for a month or two now. Fast WD's.

They seem to be "on it" with responsible gaming, as I've had an e-mail asking a few questions about my play time, pointing out their responsible gambling tools etc. Nothing that wasn't sensible from them, and probably a direction other places could take.
