Hey everyone!

As you might have guessed from the thread title there has been a big change made at TradaCasino.

After gaining a lot of feedback from our players and of course from the countless threads here on Casinomeister, we are proud to officially launch our Withdrawal Locking feature to the world!

Previously, players could always request their withdrawals to be locked via LiveChat and we would always be more than happy to oblige, but this takes away that need to ask, and puts full control in your hands.
Once the withdrawal has been locked, it will be impossible for a player to cancel the withdrawal.

As always we aim to process all withdrawals in 0 - 6 hours once your account has been approved, and now with the lock feature available to all players, there's no need to worry about missing out on that withdrawal.

Here's a quick step by step guide on how to lock your withdrawal. You can also lock your withdrawal under your "My Account", "History", "Withdrawals".
*Note - Balance shown might differ to those in your account...;)

Step One:
Login to your TradaCasino account and click on your My Account. (On a desktop, this is your name highlighted in red).

Step Two:
Request a withdrawal as normal by clicking "Withdraw".

Step Three:
Once you have requested your withdrawal, click on "Withdrawals in Progress". Here you will see two options, cancel & lock.

Step Four:
When you click "Lock" you will be shown the below popup which confirms, your withdrawal has been locked and when you enter this area again you will see your withdrawal has the status "Flushed" (Which means locked).

If anybody has any thoughts or feedback on our new feature, please feel free to share them here.
As always, I'm here to help, so drop me a PM if you need anything.

Conor

The irony is that the casinos that implement the 'lock withdrawal' facility tend to be the better ones like yourselves, Rizk and Casumo who tend to be very quick anyway!

Oh! for the UKGC to make the tardy casinos do this as well...…

Woohoo!

I was on a half day yesterday so didn't get to comment, but delighted this feature has launched for the players. It was well overdue!

Feel free to ask here for any additional features or upgrades, there will be plenty happening over the coming months so the more feedback we get, the better :)

Rachel.

I just saw this in my email and popped in to post but you beat me to it.

Another “pat on the back” to Trada for their continued commitment to responsible gaming.

As Dunover has already mentioned above, as Trada pay out so quickly, it is kind of a redundant feature for many but well done anyhow x

Now you just need to grow large enough to offer 24hour livehelp, bring on board BTG and you’ll be unstoppable as the best casino around x

This is great news, and I've moved this thread to a more visible section of the forum. Accredited Casino updates is more of an admin area for when there are discrepancies in the reviews. This is major news.

That's an incredible amount of positive spin generated for something that players should get as standard. Why not remove these unnecessary steps and just make it so that when you press withdrawal it's done and you can't do anything about it, because let's be honest, that's what 99.9% of players would want?

Yep, I know what you mean. There was a time that many casinos offered "flushing" your withdrawals. These were mostly your Microgaming casinos. Playtech and RTG took several days to process withdrawals and had them available to reverse during that time. When payment processors increased the fees for deposits, many casinos stopped flushing the funds since may players would keep redepositing after their winnings were flushed.

It would be great to have "locked withdrawals" as standard, but it is not. Very few casinos do this. The casinos listed here receive extra points to their score for doing so - so at least there is some incentive here.

And make it paysafe, and Canadian friendly :P

Oh, I could be wrong. I thought you just had trustly? What about bank wires? Has that been added yet? :)

Hey Bebo,

The majority of our Canadian players use ecoPayz to deposit and withdraw, but it is available for withdrawals in general for Canadians.
Although we do have bank transfers for Canadians now, we do highly suggest ecoPayz as it is a lot faster for you to receive the funds.

Trustly is only available for use within 29 European Countries :)

Conor

Thanks! You just answered my question that I sent in pm. I will check out the ecoPayz too, but prefer bank wires.

This feature really should be standard in industry, not hard to deploy but gives so much transparency and less "XXX casino is stalling withdrawals" topics :)

And bit of topic, not to open new one as i guess this BIG THANKS find @TradaCasino peeps from here as well. Just tried Trada out yesterday (dunno know why only now) as been thinking that there must be some reason for their high ranking and two times best support award at CM, and yes, there was.

As usually, made very small deposit and made very small withdrawal request as usually when at new site to make sure getting verified and avoid that hassle when i have 10k or something pending there. Due to payment method, bank and some other KYC details, i kind of was aware that i need to explain something very clearly but it have been working on other sites and it did here as well. First i got part of my documents refused, which was at least partly correct from them when checking terms and conds, ok that's nothing, withdrawal was relatively small and i was fully ready to play it back to some game where i wouldn't for sure win (With my luck one max bet to DOA and 5 scatters or wild line... which would probably made me take taxi everywhere to order what ever documents needed and send my DNA), but didn't have to do that.

Since yesterday afternoon and some docs sent today, after few emails i got things sorted with help of lovely rep here as well, so i have to agree that best support nomination have gone to operator who deserves it. Nice and friendly service (and how fast i already mentioned) and great communication and helpful to find solution how we get everything sorted, instead of auto replies that something is refused and no any interaction or intention to help some poor low roller with small withdrawal to verify account for that. Because Rep here and Support/KYC peeps effort to serve one player who have done one 10€ deposit just to try out site and find out reason for high ratings and nominations got service what haven't got in some places where been in VIP status.

No questions if i can recommend Trada to my friends, keep doing what you are and keep adding these nice features like locking withdrawals step by step, i have no doubt that you do great in future as well

Well I have only played there a few times since they don't offer any gold match deposits for me, but this is at least some good news. This is something all the casinos should do. Gongratz Trada!

Keep an eye on the daily promotions as they have some good offers there (as long as you are willing to deposit £30 -£50 at times).
I think the current 5 day promo is a fantastic deal... now if only I had £30 spare right now..... hmmmm lol

i don't know where to put this. so i will put it here.
i had two withdrawals at trada. the first withdrawal of 750 took longer than expected.
i used the lock feature. and funds were flushed. next day the withdrawal wasn't processed. went back into the account and saw that the withdrawal was reversible.
contacted CS. was told withdrawal wasn't processed due to the fact that they had no money in the cdn ecopayz account and it had to be topped up with more money. the withdrawal came in my ecopayz no problem after a short while

yesterday had a withdrawal of $340 and its now been more than 24 hours since i locked these funds. went back into my account and checked with CS. i was told
someone from banking will contact me tomorrow when withdrawal is made as they have to top off the Cdn ecopayz account. the funds were reversible as CS asked me if i wanted to flush the money. and he gave me 20 spins on panther queen which was nice. thank you. however...it will be more than 48 hours before i get paid tomorrow.

this is the third time this happens in the last two months where the cdn ecopayz account has to be topped off before i could get paid.

trada is great casino...it is...it is my unluckiest casino to date. those withdrawals are rare here for me. but i play here cuz i know its a trusted casino. and i know i can trust them.
rachel and conor are great but...

why do i have to wait so long for my withdrawals.

am i the only one this happens to?

The withdrawal was most likely reversible again because it bounced back as there was no money in the ecopayz account
That being said they should inform you about this right away you shouldnt have to your self
We are not talking hole lot of money here so its strange they dont have the money avalible

Trada is a nice casino but seems many many players have poor luck here including myself, hence to why i closed the account.

But a locked withdrawal should stay that way & should be done within 0~6 for a verified account no excuses period, i would be concerned about payments not being paid & excuses about no eco pay stuff.

Not good at all.

I take that back......

Yikes! You must be the only one using that payment method. I guess they should keep at least 5k in there at all times.

Did he respond to you?

More than 48 hours and still no withdrawal. And no Connor it isn’t faster.
And no response from anyone about this from trada.

Slotsmillion said the same thing , though this time being Trustly. I wasn’t enamoured by that reason - it’s up to them to manage their payment methods and balances, and shouldn’t stall any withdrawal. Presumably they should be looking at things like withdrawals and deposits to get an idea of what amount they need to have sitting in there...

Given it’s the weekend you’ll probably have to wait until tomo to hear back.

Thanks for the heads up about this post @Jayjay231221

@Steviedoo I'll need to check with the banking team once they're in the office to see what the story is.
Once I have a response from them I'll drop you a PM :)

Conor

Hi Conor

Thanks for your help.
The withdrawal still hasn’t happened.
CS yesterday gave me free spins when I asked what was happening. Which was nice. Thank you.

However, It’s been since last Thursday.

Also, the withdrawal should not become reversible if there is a problem with the withdrawal. I locked it. And it should stay flushed. this is the third time in two months this has happened. That is, Where the lack of funds in trada ecopayz account is the problem.

At no point was I advised that there was a problem.

Anyway, I trust it will all get worked out. That was never the issue.

Thank you.

Hey @Steviedoo

I completely agree, if there is an issue with a withdrawal and it bounces back it should remain locked/flushed.
As it is rare that this issue occurs, we hadn't realized it happens, but now that we do know it happens we have raised a ticket to get this resolved for future cases. (if there are any!)

I have the response from our banking team, so I will drop you a PM now with a full explanation.

Conor
