So, we need your help.
We're looking for some testers for the new site.
We've already gotten so much feedback from this thread and it has been really helpful, but we would like more help with finding those more difficult to spot issues.

Some things we simply cannot discover on our own, such as the slow load and response time in Canada as pointed out earlier in this thread, really is important to us.

So to try out the site we want to give a £/$/€10 bonus with 1x wagering to all of the CM Members who want to help.

Here are some things to keep an eye out for;
- Slow load times
- Broken links
- Broken games
- Missing banners
- Badly worded text
- Wrong currencies/languages
- etc.

Anything that might look off really...

I identify as a Uk-citizen, but it seems to think im from some country thats not allowed to play.

Who knew offering a £10 testing bonus would cause so much influx of PM's

Unfortunately, we will have to draw the line with that one though as I have just sent on the list of volunteers to our guys over at Aspire to apply the bonuses.

The bonuses should all be applied either by the end of today, or midday tomorrow - I will update you all of course once I hear they have been applied

If anyone has any questions, feel free to PM me, and if you happen to find any issues before the bonuses are applied... you know what to do

You should shortlist the candidates by sorting into
1. the genuine/ wanna help you group
and the
2. ‘whoa a free tenner’ group lol

and it might need updating as lot of things have changed since the switch over

"Verified accounts will not have to wait longer than 6 hours after requesting a withdrawal"

But on Tradacasino site it says

After 2 business days, the status of your Withdrawal Request will change to "In Process" and you will no longer be able to cancel it. Then takes 1 banking day to send it,

It might still be 6 hours maximum but you covering your backs with saying 48 hours pending but thought Id mention it just incase the withdrawal times have changed and you need updating your AFF site

Also it states
TradaGames Services Limited as the company on the Affiliates page when its no longer

I was playing temple of Treasure, got the bonus round but when choosing the game gives an error.
reloaded the game , change the browser ( safari and chrome ) and still same problem
and I can not play any other game cause I have this error.

I know it's been rather mentioned prior, but that 48-hour pending period for withdrawals is a shocker, albeit implemented by the evil Aspire Galactic Empire.

Worst part being that part-reversals are clearly not an option surely, and there's no way I'm reversing it and waiting another 48 bloody hours! I shan't succumb (or will I.......)
