Might have come across as a twat, but to be told he can go use the cash machine to withdraw money, a machine which won't allow him to withdraw 2.5k, when he needs 2.5k , is an absolute joke in itself. Motorbike probably got sold to te next bidder while he's instructed to do that. Was nicer than I would have been, tbf.

He shoved a camera in people's faces, didn't respect their personal space, was loud and belligerent.

There is no context of why his account has restrictions.

And it doesn't say non casino, it's non accredited

True, no context. But he's allowed to withdraw some of his money like a little boy, if using the machine outside. But not as much as he might want or need. Is then asked why he needs his own money, and to prove why, like a child asking for his allowance early. Fook that.
