Software Complaint uncontrolled gambling bug?

i logged in to my account and proceeded to deposit money like 20 box then i checked and there was a 1000 vip freebet i thouth it was an error or something that will fix it self and go away after I logout .

i used it then i log out from my account and relog back in to see if its error and i saw it added 1 more vip bet so every time i log out and in it would credit freebet. i did win and it webnt to my cash .now what is the situation here i have not touched the winning from the free bet and think they may figurev out what can they do if i win and cash out?./,they do mention in thire tos that any error from site most be notified. wou;ld i go to jail if i use ? have not withdraw yet they do mention that errors most be told and any thing they loss they will try to get back but how that woks not like i did somethinf on the website its they error.

You're asking, so you already know it's not something you can take advantage of. Just inform customer support, they'll thank you for reporting the bug. They won't if you tried to manipulate it to your advantage

If you try to withdraw thousands you are not entitled to then they will probably notice, you wont go to jail but you probably wont get the money either.

At many casinos, anything won from free bets usually gets scrutinised to make sure the terms are met before winnings are processed. For such a sizeable free bet I'd be very suprised if they didn't pick up on it.
