Unibet - So Generous!

Hi All,

Just a quick post.

Lost around £500 at Unibet today with literally no playtime, so sent them an email and asked for a bonus. I only really do this if my playtime is non existent.

They replied, and gave me a very generous £3!

The generosity!

Think I will be closing my account, I would rather they had said no!

Thoughts? Am I just being greedy? I thought it was insulting to be honest!

Unibet Casino has been reviewed at Casinomeister
That's kind of typical for Unibet, although they do sometimes surprise you, but you'd have to be lucky and that means the right person in support is reading and judging :)
I often felt a bit neglected there too, and have received similar freebies..never really a reason to consider closing my account for though, but once in a while i just contact a rep here, and tell them how i feel about 'my rewards' which mostly would have a decent comp, or some extra free spins as result!

This is quite common with the bigger bookies and Casino's..and of those Unibet is definitely he best: everything else there is top notch
So, perhaps worth a shot...

With those sort of deposit sizes / totals in one day I'd speak to some of the reps maybe on here if its a regular / semi-regular thing you can afford to do.

Not suggesting any particular casinos but there are a good few out there (accredited) who would give you cash back deals (educated guess around the 10-15% range wager free) Also maybe some VIP bonuses with low wagering (again around 10xB range)

For some strange reason i really like playing a unibet but rarely get any casino based promos...even rarer are 'bonus offers' in the account tab.

Ive had some good runs in the past but have also lost big chunks like the OP has....at other casinos you might get a consolation £5 or some 'extra spins etc' but Unibet are stingy (to me anyhow...)

Withdrawals are very fast (to be fair)

I agree - that is a total insult
I hope you vote with your wallet and take your business elsewhere.

It’s the same with their sister, Maria casino. Regular player and on birthday I was given 5 free spins.

Can’t remember last time I got an offer- I’m not a freebie tart (not that much!) but I like to feel a incy bit valued by casinos.

Good casinos but tight as a ducks proverbial for perks

3€ is just a slap in the face, how did the CS agent think that was a good call?

When I used to work CS with had a rule that bonuses should be as close to 10% as possible to total deposits. This included bonuses from promotions, but we were allowed to make the calls ourselves. For example if a player used to pick up a lot of bonuses from promos and therefore had a high bonus % I was allowed to give 10-20% of recent deposits if the last bonus had been long ago.

Another rule we had was that 10€ was the minimum bonus to give. This meant we wanted at least 100€ in deposits, but that shouldn't be too difficult to achieve. We ended up breaking this rule quite a lot anyway, giving 5€ here and there.

I remember getting the 10 Starburst treatment myself, and have actually been thinking that most casinos I play at are far less generous than I myself used to be.

Got 150€ bonus without asking from Stargames on my birthday recently which was a nice surprise.

Thanks for the responses all. Glad I am not the only one who thought this.

The rep has given me some spins which is nice of them, and they did not have to do. I will leave it there but it has given me something to think about when depositing in future..

A few weeks ago i made a last minute dash on the Betat CM promo and DOA took me to the cleaners in no time. Nearly $1200 gone very quickly.

The next morning i received an email that i had a $125 comp with a 10x WR waiting. Never had to ask or email about it. That is player support as it should be.

Similar at Rizk, $700 lost in one evening with very low RTP, next day email that i had 30 Super Spins, 10 Mega Spins and 50 Free Spins in my rewards section.

And it wasn't the first time this happened. Still didn't cash out from those extras but i sure felt appreciated.

Unibet giving $3 is worse than an insult.

I know it is appalling a £3 bonus. But you should try getting one from Leovegas casino.

They are beyond scrooges. You can deposit thousands at leovegas and support will always still say no to you when you ask for one. And that is still the case when you haven't won and withdrew for months and months as well.

I would say that leovegas is actually the worst for giving goodwills.

And they have really tightened up on the reload bonuses recently, too.

Much as I loathe their Evolution tables, I can't fault Unibet for generosity when it comes to bonuses.
It was my birthday last month and I got two separate bonuses: one of 100 € and another of 30.

Sorry, but that is a pretty meaningless post unless you say how much you have deposited/lost there.

I mean, if you've only deposited a couple of €100 in the last year - they are excellent bonuses!
But if you've done say €100,000 - then they are pretty poor.
It's all relative...

You're right.
Uhm, I'd say I must have deposited a few 1000's there in total. I'll go check asap.

Hi there.

I like to play at Unibet to, never any lags in the casino, fast payout.....BUT....5 free spins in Starburst every friday with 35x wager.....never any free money, birthday bonus, free spins...NOTHING at all. I some times play at Tivoli casino and get 10 free spins on new games wagerfree....I like that......

I thought Tivoli closed down 18 months ago!

OK - just checked. Apparently still open for Denmark only. I wasn't dreaming then!

I would agree that they would check deposits/ withdrawals before coming up with an offer. 3 is too low but I think Unibet has been on a downhill slide in terms of Casino promotions for a while now. Their game selection is good but in regards to promos, they have not changed much in the last years. Their daily tournament schedule has been the same for at least 3 years.

I think they could really do with a promotions manager to check out this forum and deal with the few issues players have with Unibet, like these low bonuses to valuable players. Not all the people at Unibet would sanction low bonuses for high value players.

I think the OP might have gotten a higher bonus if he had gotten somebody else on the chat, or message. Different people might see the problem and rectify it. I was shocked when I read the thread where Unibet paid out the winnings to the wrong bank account and then told the player it was his responsibility to take the other person to court to get his money back, even though Unibet admitted the fault, he was told the money was out of Unibet's system and there was nothing more that can be done. After the thread on here, somebody else from Unibet saw it, understood what it meant and dealt with it right away.

Sorry, I didn't mean to go off topic, but my point is, if enough people at Unibet see this thread, they might contact the OP and give him the some extra to fix it

My op about Unibet...they just dont care for the loyal players. I for sure have been one of them, but not anymore. So many other great casinos out there who cares.

One of their top goals about 5-6 years ago was to be the number 1 casino/ sports book site for players. They know players have lots of choice, so their pride was that they were 'customer-centric', ie putting the customer in first place. That was the way they were going to beat the competition, because customers would trust them and know what they're getting. I guess they missed the mark on that one.

Never had any problems with this group good casinos fast paying , bonuses are another thing though , albeit i have had a fair few free chips for live games & slots out of the blue still to this day the longest casino i have running i dont play often at unibet purely down to promos not forthcoming but still a very good casino imho.

£3 is a tad offensive

I signed up with Unibet the day before yesterday and shan't be depositing again.
As others have said there is nothing wrong with the site itself; all games play smoothly etc but I have had to contact live help 3 times regarding the 40 free spins I should have received with my welcome bonus.
They have been indifferent at best and I am still waiting for someone to get back to me about the missing spins; not sure why it should take this long resolve something so simple. I think my main issue though is that they're not really bothered at all.

wow I thought I was going to read they give you a depo back or something but tree squids, puffffff and I bet it comes with wager

sack that shit off, unibet is a mainstage site and have not got players intrest at all not unless you depo hundruds of thousands as some do, 500 is shit on there shoe in there eyes, to me Its alot and they should be treating you with some kind of respect, 3 squiders will not even get you a drink now days

whack your cash in a site that appriates the money and will give somthing back, Do not get me wrong I do not expect nothing of a site as your loss is another players gain, ( you belive in RTP) and visa versa but if a site does not give you a little something and not talikng round coins here than not worth playing

I really wonder how sites look at your loss? do they go by you lost 500 and avarge rtp is 97% so 3%profit of 500 is 15 notes, so they give you like 20% of there 15 profit abit more if U.K tax is involed lol

Its a piss take have a 3 quid spin and call it a day with them unibet? unjustifed bet more like

It is appreciated mate when you giving something back and it goes along way, but your names marked ? you depo abit cash and well known on here so if younot get sorted there be trouble :)

On a serious note rizk is a blody good site, and with the captain on board you cannot go wrong

I had more cash (good wills) from my back than alot of casino sites, I did get a few free spins from leo but I do not like the wager, depo + bonus wager, this may have changed yet again as constaly chaning hte terms

making sure people get their free spins at Unibet is something I know well about. There is not always very good communication between the people that come up with the idea of how many free spins, on which game, and for the person who has to set up all these free spins, keep in mind Unibet have many countries that will have different number of spins, games and target audience so it can be a lot, and if there is no communication, then these things happen.

You would not imagine a Free Spins offer can be sent out to over 1000 customers, without it being communicated at all to the person who has the set the free spins up for these customers, but it happens a lot. They only find out that nobody requested these free spins be set up after customers start complaining to Customer Service about this.

But that's not to say they're a crap casino and don't deserve their good rating, just saying that little things like that can go wrong with big casinos too.

Hi.

I never said it was a bad casino, great games, no lags, fast withdraws, but nothing for being a loyal player. And 5 free spins every friday on Starburst with 35x wager!!!!! they can keep them for all I care.

I didn't mean to imply that I thought you said that, I was trying to cover my own ass, as to not seem I'm dissing the Casino, as mentioned, they are very decent and are lagging at the part where loyal customers don't feel valued. If this got up to the proper management there'd be something done about it. I know they value loyalty, but they don't seem to be able to show it

You are SO right :-)

They are a good casino for playing just cash and the first SUB but if you are looking for loyalty or reloads this is for sure not the casino for you. I remember when i first starting playing with them and was down $1500 in my first month. I decided to ask for a deposit bonus and I was told I can have a 10% bonus up to $10. I said thank you for the offer.

Closed the chat and went elsewhere

Unibet, dont you want me baby?

Well Unibet have just sealed the deal for me....no more!

Ive stuck with Unibet, knowing that they handle withdrawals quickly and have continue to deposit there despite never getting a casino bonus.
several hundred pounds and a few months later, they got my final £10 today.

36 spins (mainly 20p and 40p) on a popular Red Tiger slot.
1 winning spin of approx 26p.

Speaks for itself.....

Well... not really.

No casinos with reputable software providers have ANY influence over how the games perform.
(Can you imagine the uproar there would be if they could???)
It is not fair to blame any casino for the results you get on any game.

KK

I don't think Casinos themselves can influence a game providers RNG or RTP but I'm not sure it can all be random. There is no other industry in the world, that brings in so much, that is left to 'chance'.

As we all know, in industries that are pulling in millions a year, nothing is left to chance, and forecasts have to be made, and reached so it is strange that it is left to chance, or luck to the players, with the same old result each and every time. Or perhaps players have been winning at Unibet so they decided to cut costs with bonuses and promotions to players so that they can reached their forecast for the quarter.

and unicorns and fairies exist too.

dont play red tiger rubbish/dont play new games that are designed to pay nothing (like 20x in bonus rounds)...look at older games

kktmd has posted 1mil spins of dead or alive, finer reels of life, immortal romance....(raging rhino has a bonus guarantee),lower variance games are much worse in the long run as youll never hit that life changing or very chunky cash out hit

Well if you really do believe that casinos have an influence on how the games that they host play, then more fool for you for doing online gambling.

no...not a fool thanks, but neither am i gullible.

Having read stories about well know casinos getting into trouble for using fake slots, i just try to select reputable ones where i actually get game play for my money like VS (773% up) or Trada (292% profit) where my withdrawals are reflective of deposits. Dont expect to win big as i play for pleasure more than profit but 35 dead spins is questionable.

At Unibet you get 750 spins or more for £25 according to your blog...what if you got about 90 spins? would that be acceptable?

As someone who reviews slots surely you know that some providers offer variable packages to casinos.....surely, it only takes one senior manager with programming experience to try to fiddle things....

but then again, i would expect you to defend on of your affiliate casinos....
