Nice that was about time! :D Now I can start off asking Vera& John if they will soon get their banking sorted. So its possible withdrawal to Skrill. Because this has never been possible like other Casinos. I have been asking so many times even sent to affiliate manager. And requested it for management. I have only had vague answer back yes we are looking into it as its Technical issue we are talking almost 1 year back from my first kind request/question on this.

And my opinion is that is nonsense! To be fair I have only very good things to say about Vera&John their support is top notch. And you can request withdrawals to Skrill. But only by emailing them. They are quick to respond and proccess though. But still it ain't good enough not having withdrawal available to Skrill in your casino banking options. :mad:
 
About time.

IMO an excellent place to play,I signed up long ago, no hassles what so ever. always paid in reasonable time, not had any problems for cs to deal with so never needed to use it.

I like the coins feature, of earning coins to spend in the shop on freespins, deposit bonuses etc, and unlike other sites, the amount of coins you need is reasonable.

couple of points on the withdrawal......just stating them here for the impatient ones :thumbsup:

2.4.3.
Vera&John will carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of EUR2,000. Nonetheless, Vera&John reserve the right to carry out any such verification procedures in case of a lower payout to the User.


2.5.4.
For the User’s protection, in any twenty four hour period, the User may only withdraw the maximum amount of Euro 2,000 unless a larger amount has been agreed by prior arrangement.


2.5.11.
It is a precondition for the processing of withdrawals which cumulatively exceed € 2,300 that User provides Vera&John with a copy of User’s valid passport or official identity card (confirming identity and age) and a recent utility bill in the User’s name and dated less than 3 months old (confirming place of residence). In the case of deposits via credit card, User may be requested to submit a copy of the front and back of the used credit card showing only the first six and last four digits on the front, and hiding the CVV2 number from the back.


2.5.17.
Vera&John reserve the right to restrict payouts to €5,000 per week.

You could have asked me since I'm the one updating the site. :rolleyes: I met with a Vera&John rep a couple of years ago in London who expressed the desire to get on the site. I met with Rupert in February this year who reminded me of the same, so here they are.
 
Vera&John is my favourite of all net-ent casinos (yes they do have other games too from many software's but i mostly play net-ent). They pay out fast, do not have any vague terms for bonuses, and when you wager with your deposited funds (deposit is wagered first). You can withdraw right away. Only when your balance drops to your bonus balance, then you are going bound with wagering requirements. For example deposit 100 get 100 bonus, and you start to wager , if your balance drops below for 100 , then you are bound to bonus, and before it's your deposit and you can withdraw when ever you want.

Best casino I've played at in terms of customer service and fast payouts. Won close to £5k on Dead or Alive just before Christmas and they paid within 24 hours without hesitation.

They do have a daily withdraw limit (£2.5k), but didn't bother me in the slightest. These guys should have been accredited years ago :-)

Didn't manage to win on first deposit:(

Okay so I lost my first deposit at Vera & John. Still my overall first impression is that it's a great outfit:thumbsup: The site is easy to navigate and slots run without any problems. I also like the blue background, it's very cheerful and makes a change from the black, white or grey at other casinos. I have spent my budget for the next few weeks but I will definitely be back to play at this casino in the near future:)

Fast payouts? I reopened my account yesterday upon hearing of the BBF attempt - cashed out £620 14 hours ago, still 'NEEDAPPROVAL' ..... still 'reversible'. Not what I expected. Games ran smooth though, nice features on the site for rewards etc. but nowhere near as fast as Videoslots/Guts etc. in cashouts.....

Didn't even receive e-mails concerning my deposits/withdrawal either.

OK, 10 minutes after typing this my w/d has updated to 'ACCEPTED' whatever that is, presumably on its way back to my debit card. so I'll get it Tuesday. I made £500 but in my first stint there I lost nearly £600 overall, so haven't done too badly for the entertainment...I do like the site though, I don't go for all the 'trophy' stuff but the points are a good idea. Will have another punt soon, one thing I noticed is the lack of a deposit limit facility, just session and loss-limits.
Have I missed something here VJ??

I did check this out after seeing a thread a few weeks ago, Just looked now & very clean and fresh looking but for the life of me I could not see the playthrew rules, Maybe the beers still running threw me, If its a half decent playthrew than I shall give it a go but its only 100% bonus, I

I would not bother breaking any bones over it, Its the same story every where I play, Its just a head banger when your onto a role,

I have a balance of 109.46, It tells me I can withdraw this but lose bonus? Can any 1 update me on this or will I lose it all if try to with draw

I have used Skrill to withdraw many times. It is not available as a selection on the cashiers page but I was told to send an email with a withdrawal request to the support staff with my Skrill account details. The money has always been processed within 30 minutes.
