I have won about 200$ in omaha cash HU, playing from boylepoker ( nick - condannato ) than after 2 weeks I played again with the same player thus I know her ( We worked together and shared one flat, playing from different computers, but this HU we played when she has already mooved from me to another flat ). So I have won another 250$ from her playing from my parimatch account - SimplyUnstoppable. After that I have made withdrow and 2 days later both my accounts and her were frozen for the "investigation". I play poker for 4 years so my accounts were verified already. My colleague also sent the docs after this case but coralpoker's security refused to accept them without explanation. The "investigation" lasted from 2.2.2014. Ipoker incriminate me in chipdumping thus we played several freerolls before on coralpoker from the same IP when we lived together. So now I have 380$ on boyle betting acсount and can't withdrow money there because of Ipoker's decision to freeze my accounts on coralpoker, parimatch ( 240$ there ) and boylepoker ( 380$ ).
I ask representatives of parimatch and boylepoker to explain why I bet but I can not withdraw my winning.

It may be because they think that you were chipdumping when you were not, or then you actually were chipdumping. They should easily see this from the playing history. The freerolls you both played should not have any effect on this, just the fact that you were or were not chipdumping. Its pretty hard as a player to fight against these allegations, i hope you get them to check the playing history again, so if there is no evidence on chipdumping they should pay out.

What makes this even more difficult is your friend got his account blocked, so basically they have a case against you, and they won't propably be paying out. Chipdumping is commong when someone is trying to transfer funds from hacked account or after a creditcard fraud or similar.

If you think you have a case and there is no evidence of chipdumping you should complain gaming.gov.im (isle of man gaming comission) or make a pab here at casinomeister https://sussexmskpartnershipeast.com/player-arbitration-pab/ if you dont have any earlier pab:s.

I have discussed your case with the Boyle Poker rep. The bottom line is that they do not have a problem with you and would be happy to re-open your account and let you continue to play. The trouble is that iPoker, Boyle's poker network, believes you are guilty of collusion and have taken action against you. So, your problem is with iPoker not Boyle's.

FYI, iPoker has been contacted and they are adamant that their case against you is good and that your accounts will not be re-opened. As far as I can tell you are out of luck.

If you have a final message you would like me to forward to the casino on your behalf I will. Players who wish to plead their case to the casino will often take this opportunity to do so.

Beyond forwarding that final message my efforts on this issue have come to an end. In particular I will not engage in further discussions or debate: I'll forward your message if you provide one and that is all.

So what's not clear? The investigation is over (afaik) and you're out of luck because they've nailed you for collusion.

Dude, don't make a fool of a me! I recently talked to boylesupport, and they continue to say that cannot withdrow my money thus ''investigation'' is still in process. Did not understand also why you renamed this topic. Ipoker has alredy mooved the ''collussion'' money from my account but there is still money from betting there. So the real situation is that ipoker got most of the money on the account, and boyle does not withdrow me the rest referring to the endless ''investigation''.

Not making a fool of you, just pointing out the facts of the case. Whatever Boyle support is telling you they are not the final word in an iPoker investigation, iPoker is. And iPoker has said that they've got sufficient evidence against you to support their claim of collusion, lock your account access and freeze your funds. I repeat, what about that is unclear?

As to why the thread title was changed I think it's pretty obvious: the title as it stood was a means for you to pressure the casino. In this particular case I believe that is an inappropriate use of your forums access rights and so I changed it to better represent the actual circumstances, as I said. You have a beef against Boyle/iPoker and they have claims against you. Voila, "you VS them" is a fair and accurate representation of the current state of affairs, IMO.

I think you have misunderstood the OP due to the language barrier.
I guess they meant that site (not this site) is useless, so they were referring to the Alderney Gambling Control Commission site, but I might be mistaken.

Maybe, but not likely. OP has been bitching and moaning all along. If his understanding of English is so poor that he can't understand what Boyle/iPoker are trying to tell him -- that he's been nailed for collusion and that they've locked him out -- then he needs to find somewhere to play in a language he can understand.

The bottom line is that it's not our fault that he has been excluded from iPoker because they think he's a cheat. And it's not our responsibility to clean up his mess. If he doesn't like that, or doesn't understand it, he's free to take his issue(s) elsewhere. In fact since he got himself banned that will pretty much be non-optional.

Language barrier or no people are expected to act in a reasonably mature and civilised manner. If that's not forthcoming then the curb is their next destination.
