Had a withdrawal from voodoo dreams of £1500 on 19/04/25 after 48 hours pending I was asked for verification driving license bills with name and address etc send it through and got verified with there third party verification partner and now I’m being told it also has to be verified by them anyone gone through this process with these guys and if so how long did it take?

According to their review withdrawals take 6-12hours, although this information may not be super-current. The need to complete your KYC checks may have added some extra time, however this does seem a bit long to me. There is no rep here sadly, so we can't get them to respond that way.

I havent got experience with voodoo dreams but their sister site did pay me out 10k+ without issue, first withdrawal was 3k and it was very quick, i withdrew the rest in the next withdrawal and that one took around 3-4 days. I had only submitted the same verification you had done via their third party partner and did not need to send it again or anything further.
I got onto the live chat and I was told although I’ve been verified electronically I also need to be verified (same documents) manually which makes no sense but there is no issue with any documentation so I’m just confused glad to hear you got paid quick once I get this withdrawal I’ll be taking my business elsewhere I think
Strange turn of events just received notification of my withdrawal paid in full to my account then a separate source of funds request which obviously will now be getting ignored took approximately 5 days to get paid just for future reference for anyone else they did pay but at a snails pace
