Hi everyone, today I want to write you a post, I rarely see negative reviews about this company (maybe because it's new and doesn't have many users yet), but something unpleasant happened to me. About a month ago I registered on Winna.com. First of all, I liked the transfer to VIP status and the fact that they give you a VIP manager right away. It turned out to be pretty good. I made a couple of bets on sports. I won and wanted to withdraw the money (and then the problems started), at first they told me that there was some “check” and I had to wait about 5 days. After that they just started ignoring and not responding to messages. (Recently blocked access to the account) It seems to be a good office and does not look like a new fraudulent project, until you do not want to withdraw your money......
p.s. I did not violate any rules and did not do anything illegal. My nickname is “getHabburg”.

I'm glad I stopped giving this place my money. I actually did get paid by them once (crypto), but their website was buggy as hell, I had one minor issue that support didn't handle, and I found greener pastures elsewhere. Sorry you got caught up in their crap.

Thank you for your support, hopefully by highlighting this story I will help others not fall for this crap

Hey everyone,

While we understand the frustration here, we would like to clarify the situation and correct several important omissions in your post.

Your account was reviewed after our sportsbooks fraud team detected late betting activity. That is, placing bets after the outcome of an event was already known or during a delay in live odds updating. This is a clear violation of fair play and is strictly prohibited under our Terms of Service, which you accepted upon registration. For transparency, this rule is standard across the entire sportsbook industry, including major operators such as Bet365, where such bets are also cancelled and winnings voided.

As explained to you directly by our support team prior to account restrictions, the bets in question were cancelled, not settled as losses, and therefore any associated winnings were not eligible for withdrawal. This is standard protocol to ensure fair betting conditions for all players.

We believe in providing a transparent and secure platform for our users. While we welcome feedback, presenting only part of the story can mislead other readers and damage the reputation of us while we are acting within industry norms.

If you have any further questions, we remain available through our official support channels and you can email me at [email protected]

Best,
Bennett

Tell us which gaming licenses you hold please? (Not a Costa Rica business license which is something else altogether!)

Thanks!

We are licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission in New Brunswick (Canada).

You can validate our license in the footer of our website
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
Actually I cannot as there's no live links in the 'Licensed in Canada' flag nor the section where it mentions the Toblerone Gaming Commission.

Oh yes, can you explain this line#2 in your 'provably fair' section? Very odd!

How Our Fairness Algorithm Works

At Winna, we value trust and transparency. That's why we use a special algorithm called "provable fairness" to ensure every betting round is fair for all our players. Here's how it works:

  1. Initial Seeds
We start with two essential components: a Server Seed (kept hashed) and a Client Seed (unhashed). These seeds remain constant throughout your gaming session.
  2. Nonce
We introduce a unique number called a Nonce, which starts at 0. This Nonce increases by 1 with every bet you make.
  3. Gameplay
When you place a bet, our system uses these elements to determine the game's outcome. It's important to note that both the Client Seed and Server Seed remain unchanged during this process.

What's so odd about it?

Every major provably fair system by Stake, Shuffle and so on works also with nonces.

OK, you obviously don't know the meaning of the term in English - think Rolf Harris, Jimmy Savile, Gary Glitter, Michael Jackson, Huw Edwards etc.

In British English, 'nonce' is a derogatory term, primarily used to refer to someone who has committed or is suspected of committing sex offences, especially those involving children.

It was reputed to come from Wakefield Prison where N.O.N.C.E. was chalked outside the cells of paedophiles and sex offenders (Not On Normal Courtyard Exercise) to prevent them being assualted and killed by other prisoners at exercise times.

This usage is considered offensive and should be avoided.

Someone in computer coding was having a laugh years later when they applied it to a single use random number (SURN) by twisting it to N-Once (number *used* once).

It appears the rep isn't aware that, as per usual with a UK facing offshore sites, they hide their licensing info when UK facing. It's visible via a Vancouver IP

I think technically Tobique is harder to get than Anjouan 😅

Gonna go look into all the licence holders and see how bad they are. Apparently softswiss obtained a B2B licence with them but it looks like they didn't renew it

Former Winna user here. One of the worst times I’ve had at an online casino ever. They started off really welcoming, giving me high bonuses and big loss backs whenever I would lose large amounts. I had trouble with my first withdrawal but they saw the deposit amounts and decided it was time to prey on me. They studied my deposits and what type of gambling I would do, and every time I deposited bigger, I would lose more often. I had to bitch and cry to the hosts and all of a sudden I’d hit a big win in slots. After that, slots started to lower RTP’s. Bonuses were non existent, loss backs were abismal. They kept giving me a couple big wins after I talked to one of the hosts, saying I want to “deposit more but was afraid they would take it all” .bull shit, mainly to see how much more I deposited and true enough I deposited more and more since I was winning. I have no doubt they are manipulating their “Winna Originals”. Not sure if they have a copy of the big provider slots because those seemed off as well. The point here is, they are preying on people. Multiple times I self excluded only to find my account to still be open. I would permanently self exclude and with one ask to the hosts if they could reopen, they did. A lot of other people had issues like this, one of their hosts even got caught accepting a percentage of wins for a bigger reload/monthly (Caelin). Very shady place! beware!
