Afternoon all,

First time poster here, so firstly if I have ended up posting incorrectly apologies, and likewise any moderators feel free to delete or move to somewhere appropriate.

I'm a long term sports better for most of my adult life, and play the mugs bets accumulators

Anyway I digress after people's opinions and plans to dispute Yeti Casinos decision via ecogra.

I recently placed an accumulator. All selections apart from two where in. One match the betting feed disappeared, although my selection was successful, my bet was stuck with the dreaded lock out from cash out until sportsbook got the result officially confirmed (not their fault, happens all the time), however as always with these things it prevented me utilising the cash out feature when I quite possibly could have done so.

My final selection was Blooming Vs Guabira.

One would assume that Blooming where the home team in this match, however the match was played at Guabira home ground.

When checking in play scores on my final selection I noticed something wasnt right, as various other betting sites had the fixture reversed, BET365 for one.

The bet subsequently lost.

Now in the past I have had selections voided for the venue location for the very same reason (admittedly with other sports books), I've always taken this on the chin as sportsbooks cover this in their terms and conditions.

However I was disappointed to see that Yeti Casino are standing by their decision to not void this selection.

Their reasoning being they have played home games here previously, and that the stadium would have been full of their fans?

The second reason I find bemusing as Bolivian Football matches do not publicly provide attendance information, and it is the stadium home team (in this team the game marked as away) to arrange ticketing.

Am I barking up the wrong tree here in thinking this match should be voided. Publicly the generic information sites listed this game as being played at Bloomings home ground, and Yeti Casino provided no further information to show this being anything other than being played at Bloomings home ground which is over an hour away.

I am new to this site having stumbled across them randomly, but I'm now more inclined to stick with regular mainstream UK bookmakers for my accumulators.

This may seem a rather small issue, however as solely doing accumulator bets the edge is always heavily in favour of the house, so small things like this make a big difference to me.

Anyone that has read through the above drivel I appreciate your time and would value your feedback.

Just a heads-up, if you do submit an ecogra dispute, the janitor here probably won't be allowed to touch it with their mop as it will then be out of their hands.

I will provide some context to the situation though.

Blooming's home stadium is currently undergoing renovations to install a fancy roof in time for hosting the final of the 2025 Copa Sudamericana. I looked up Bolivian stadiums on wikipedia and the closest two are the stadium where the match was played and a stadium, also in santa cruz, which appears to have only hosted four second division games since 2021 (two in 21, one in both 23,24). I'm going to guess that they went to the one in Montero because it was actively playing first division games and was up to standard with the pitch etc.

It is technically a home game on the calendar but obviously not played at their home stadium as its unavailable. Flashscore (generic sites, like you say) still shows it as Tahuichi and I was only able to get information on the renovations by googling in spanish.

As far as whether this is grounds for voiding the selection, I haven't sports betted much since my matched betting days so I'm not really qualified to weigh in from that angle as I don't have recent experiences.

However, playing devil's advocate for the casino, I feel like its at their discretion as to how they handle this particular fixture. Blooming have played their last 6 homes games at this stadium and oriente petrolero/guabira are the only local teams so for all other teams its still very much an away stadium to them whilst loads of fans turn up for blooming as its close enough to travel to. Other sportsbooks have made the decision to swap the teams around due to the fact that the stadium is literally the other teams home stadium but had it been another team I believe it would have been kept as blooming home. Bet365 is showing oriente petrolero's next game as home against Club Aurora - for context they are also tenants of Tahuichi and have also been using Guariba's ground.

As the circumstances are somewhat ambiguous it could be argued the onus is on you to research who you are betting on or something to that effect. With that said, if the service that provides L&L's sportsbook platform was aware of the ongoing stadium situation, a little disclaimer about the venue would be useful. Like when flashscore for example has a little (grey?) thing saying this match is being played at a neutral venue.

The common issue preventing the cashout was unfortunate.

I agree wholeheartedly with what you put above, would have had no issues if it was in all terms and purposes a neutral ground.

However the sticking point me for me was that it was infact the away teams recognised home ground.

Like I say, I have had winning selections from other bookmakers voided because of this very reason in the past, and it is covered in terms and conditions with other bookmakers so haven't grumbled too much.Likewise if I had won Yeti could have easily voided the selection, seems a win-win for them.

Reiterating my previous message, I play accumulator bets so stuff like this does matter to me.

Its a shame,as I liked the platform as offered selections on small events that not even BET365 do, but I think moving forward I will cease my plans to move more of my sports betting to them.

Its a shame, I like seeing new companies challenge the narrative of the more established sportsbooks, but stuff that like this does impact my faith and trust moving forward.

From initial glances on this forum it seems those companies that do have reps on this forum are more geared towards slots so will take this to ecogra.

Thankyou for taking the time to reply. I will raise it with ecogra as I do believe it's misleading, especially as other bookmakers in turn listed differently.

Like I say I will steer clear from this betting provider now moving forward.

A simple it's your own fault attitude doesn't sit right with me, as quite rightly it could have been voided against my favour.

Even the official Bolivian football leagues website is down for review so I obviously wrongly put my faith in information that is on hand at the time.

That issue aside the markets on certain events are attractive to anybody wishing to give them a go.

Wasn't aware this site was part of a group of casino companies but will steer clear from sports betting with this group in the future, again nothing against the service I have received just things like this put me as the punter in a lose lose situation, as nothing I could do if you voided and I was a winner.
