So if you had great customer service anywhere, or the opposite, pray tell us.

Your best casino experiences, your worst - it all helps!

Best new casino, outstanding existing casinos, stupidest-named casino, helpful reps etc.

We need to make a shortlist of casinos and people for the various awards due in January. This will be compiled from forum feedback as usual which is where you all come in - please take a moment to mention here anything that stands out for you in the last year and your opinion regarding it.

My best experiences this year has been playing at All British Casino - Jan has been amazing.

Can I add that yes All British has some issues that need to be addressed but it is becoming my number 1 casino I play at now.

If they just made the site more user friendly and made it so the site does not refresh back to the home page every time you open or close a slot and it remembered the last page you was on then that would make it my number 1 casino.

I did mention this to Jan in a pm a few months ago and he said he will work something out for that but they are focusing on something new so any website changes will be on hold until the launch of a new feature.

And @L&L-Jan did not pay me to say this hahahaha.

Worst experience was dealing with Ladbrokes when I tried to get the promotions enabled for my account again which did happen (it was just a slow painful experience)

Yes, they have been a breath of fresh air, it's not impossible for a site to win both best new casino and best casino but there will be some stiff competition for the latter as usual.

As a Dama/Hollycorn faithful, I'm heartbroken to see nearly all their casinos currently in the midst of lowering the RTP settings to ridiculous levels. If this goes on, 92% will be the norm before long and is in fact a setting I see more and more often when inspecting the slots.

I've put a lot of effort and loyalty into grinding VIP levels with several of them so I'm honestly insulted to be met with this in return. For instance, on King Billy I'm only a few deposits away from earning a 300 euros reward, but I'm real hesitant to hand them any more of my hard earned. Other fresh examples, where I've also played quite a bit, are casinos like PlayAmo and RocketPlay who remained adamant on previous RTP-nerfs but now appear to have given in.

Bad - Obviously from my point Instantcasino - literally never responded once ever to a message from me, police, banks etc and eventually got found out and now have a 233000 Euro fine per week from the Dutch regulator - no surprise if they also ignored that! Honorable mention to L&L for adding Dead or alive 98 to their sites.

Dishonorable mention to Videoslots for switching over to that horrible AI-chat support thing, its hard to find a worse customer interaction.
At least you can bypass it by saying you want to talk to an actual person, but you usually have to say it at least twice before it connects you to a real person.

That brings me to a vital point I should have added to the OP - it's not just existing relationships, but casinos that may never become visible much on CM because they do everything right and therefore get little or no comment/mention on here.

So you don't see their reps much (if they have one) and players feel no need to mention them. These sites should not be allowed to fly under the radar.

Got a bit fed up after years of loyalty to VS with their constant cut backs and pretty much 'penny pinching' so finally made the decision to move 90%+ of my budget to L&L.

Sure I get that cutbacks need to be made, especially given the current climate in the UK but cut back anymore, there won't be any crisps left in the packet.

Have to say the decision was HEAVILY based on their time served, active and VERY helpful rep in Jan.

Sure I do his head in with semi-regular PM's but he has helped be out, each and every time and within a very fast response time, big up respect!

I don't think they're reviewed here but I'll give a shoutout to UK Jackpot. Their software glitched but they dealt with the aftermath with consummate professionalism, speed and courtesy.

...however I have very much enjoyed Wow Vegas and I must also add that their customer support is the best and fastest that I personally have ever experienced at any online gaming platform. This might raise a few eyebrows but my best casino experience this year (and last) has been…..GAMDOM. They have a superb range of slots all at max available RTP. They have a collection of enhanced RTP Hacksaw slots. They pay super fast (crypto) and have never stolen my balance. Over my 2-3 year lifetime with them, I’ve got net deposits of just over USD$3,000 (from 0.20-0.30 spins). $945 of that I was from a massive win only yesterday.
