Betway owner snaps up Digital Gaming Corporation Limited

Super Group Limited the parent company of the operator Betway have announced today that they have completed the acquisition of Digital Gaming Corporation Limited, in a deal which will enable Super Group to enter the US market.

Commenting on the acquisition, Super Group’s Chief Executive Officer Neal Menashe stated: “We are excited to officially welcome DGC into Super Group. We look forward to working more closely with the team as we apply our proven toolkit to the U.S.”

“With a healthy balance sheet and a consistent track record of driving profitable growth, Super Group is well positioned to enter the U.S. market, enhancing our global footprint.”

Digital Gaming Corporation are currently licensed in 8 US States, which are: Iowa, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Arizona, Colorado, Indiana, Virginia and Ohio. With DGC currently operating Super Group’s Betway brand under a licensing agreement with Super Group.
