1Go Casino Review
Curaçao-licensed casino with an amazing game library and great overall user experience
Casinomeister's Verdict
1GO Casino gave us a bit of whiplash, as it opened with one of the worst welcome bonuses we’ve seen at a GCB-licensed casino in a long time, but then it turned out they get almost everything else right.
The casino has thousands of games from over 100 providers, fast cashouts, high withdrawal limits, a transparent VIP program that is bound to reward high rollers, a bunch of useful responsible gambling tools, and a solid overall user experience.
Apart from the terrible bonus offers, we found one specific case of convoluted bonus terms being used to deny a payout, but that doesn’t seem to be an ongoing pattern. We’ll keep a close eye on any future issues that come up and act accordingly if 1GO tries any funny business.
So far, 1GO Casino seems like a decent place to play, but we must advise caution. Feel free to share your experiences in the forum if you play here, and you can read our full 1GO Casino review for more details.
Solid VIP program
From the Desk of Max Drayman
Nothing we’ve seen causes any specific concerns: licensing is Curaçao so middle-of-the-road player protection there; regarding their complaints procedure they say “If the dispute cannot be resolved at the level of the Casino administration, you can contact independent institutions, official gambling authorities, or licensees” which is more latitude there for players than can be said for a lot of other casinos; parent company is Galaktika N.V. from which we know a few of the sister casinos but again, no major problems. Overall we’d say proceed with caution but there’s no particular cause for concern.

1Go Casino Bonuses and Promotions
1GO Casino Welcome Bonus
The 1GO Casino welcome offer is easily one of the weakest we’ve seen in a long time. You only get a 50% match up to €300, which is laughable when many competitors have weekly reload offers in that range.
You’d think this might come with a surprise twist, like low wagering requirements, but the WR is set at 45x the bonus amount, only slots count towards the wagering, and jackpots are excluded. If that wasn’t bad enough, the bonus winnings are capped at only 5x the bonus amount, and you can’t make withdrawals until the wagering is cleared.
That said, it’s absurd how there’s basically not a single redeeming quality to this bonus offer. If you do decide to claim this bonus, read the terms carefully. If not, there are many welcome bonuses with more appealing terms.
No-Deposit & Free Spins Offers
1GO Casino doesn’t have any no deposit or free spins offers on the site, but they do seem to send out bonus offers via email somewhat regularly. Soon after signing up, we got a no deposit bonus in our inbox: 20 No Deposit Free Spins valued at 0,2 € for Candy Monsta from BGaming. This one even had no cashout limit, even though no deposit bonuses here usually seem to be capped at 10x.
Currently, there are only two bonuses advertised on the site itself: slot cashback and live cashback. You’ll find a lot of promotions, including tournaments, lotteries, and other limited-time promotions. Overall, it’s slim pickings, and the terms aren’t as straightforward as we’d like.
VIP and Loyalty Programs
1GO Casino has a VIP Club, with four status levels: Start, Ready, Steady, and Go. Each level has its own set of benefits: VIP cashback, increased withdrawal limits, faster withdrawals, exclusive bonuses, personalized promotions, etc. We prefer hard numbers to vague promises, but as you may have seen from our other casino reviews, many VIP/loyalty programs sadly fall into the latter category.
On the bright side, the casino is fully transparent about how the VIP ranking works. You get 1 VIP point per every €20 deposited, and there are specific point targets you have to hit and maintain to keep your VIP level.
There are actually two different point requirements for 30-day and 90-day periods, and you only have to meet one to qualify for the VIP Club. These actually work in the player’s favor since the 90-day targets are ultimately lower than the 30-day ones, but it can come across as a tad too convoluted for our liking.
All in all, this VIP Club rewards high rollers, and even the highest level is realistically achievable. There’s no loyalty scheme to reward regular players over the long term, but the VIP Club was a pleasant enough surprise at a time when so many casinos are painfully opaque with their VIP programs.
Responsible Gambling
The responsible gambling page is expectedly tucked away in the footer, and it doesn’t offer much value. It gives a brief explanation of what responsible gambling is, offers a simple checklist that can help players identify signs of problem gambling, and it explains how you can request self-exclusion via support.
You’d think the casino has nothing in terms of responsible gambling features apart from the mandatory self-exclusion, but they actually have a full suite of tools that you rarely see in weaker jurisdictions:
- Deposit limits,
- Wager limits,
- Loss limits,
- Reality check,
- Session limits, and
- Cool-off period.
For some reason, they packed the cool-off and self-exclusion options under a Show More button, not sure what the UX logic was there. Either way, it’s as good a set of responsible gambling features you can expect to find at an online casino.
Customer Support at 1GO Casino
1GO Casino support is available via several channels: email, Telegram, and live chat. Our experience with the support team has been predominantly positive, as agents were always available instantly — no queues and no annoying bots to get through first.
We mostly tried to clarify a bunch of terms related to bonuses and the VIP program since they’re not always clearly laid out, and agents only gave us the correct information most of the time. We got conflicting info in several instances, so it looks like the casino really needs to get the house in order on this front.
There’s also an extensive FAQ section that contains dozens of questions across 10 categories, including payments, promotions, games, bonuses, etc. It’s organized well and it should be a faster way to check certain things and save yourself a bit of wait time in the support chat.
1GO Casino Casino Experience and Features
This casino is about as colorful as it gets, with lots of bright graphics and colorful UI icons. Racing is the main theme behind the site, though it’s not too prevalent. It’d be easy to lose sight of any theme in all the clutter, as there seems to be a game or a promo banner wherever you look.
Despite this, the site is organized well and you shouldn’t have any problems navigating it once you get used to it — the side bar has all the shortcuts you need, and there’s a bunch of relevant subcategories and filters for different types of games.
1GO Casino also has a dedicated app for Android, but it can’t be downloaded through any official app store. We’re not too keen on sideloading .APKs, so if you’re playing on mobile, you may want to just stick to the web app, as it’s more than capable of getting the job done. The site is easy to use and navigate and games work as intended, so all good on that front.
Brand games
1GO Casino Game Providers
The casino hosts over 100 game providers, and it’s about as diverse a selection as you can expect. You’ll find all the indispensable brands you’re likely accustomed to seeing at almost every online gambling site: Pragmatic Play, 3Oaks, Play’n GO, Amusnet, Nolimit City, and more. Naturally, there are also plenty of smaller providers, so you should have an easy time finding something new to play, too.
1GO Casino Slots
With so many providers on the site, 1GO Casino offers thousands of slots, and they’re all neatly categorized for a convenient browsing experience. You’ll find filters for providers, features, and themes, so finding something that fits your tastes is a breeze. We only wish there were also filters for volatility and RTP, but you can’t have it all.
Live Casino
If live dealer games are your thing, 1GO Casino shouldn’t disappoint. They have live games from Pragmatic Play Live, Evolution, Amusnet, ICONIC21, Playtech, Skywind, Winfinity, and Luckystreak, adding up to a total of over 800 rooms. You’ll find blackjack, poker, roulette, and game shows as the main subcategories, though they inexplicably don’t have any baccarat rooms.
About the 1GO Casino Team and History
1GO Casino launched not so long ago in 2024, and it’s one of about a dozen casinos operated by Galaktika N.V. The operator is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (license number: OGL/2024/169/0146), which is far from the best in the industry but Galaktika has maintained a steady reputation with no glaring red flags over the years.
Complaints and Track Record
We’ve had no complaints about 1GO Casino so far, so that’s good. Public complaints services are mostly clean, with one notable unresolved complaint that involved the casino refusing a large payout due to some convoluted bonus terms.
This doesn’t seem to be a recurring pattern, but it’s all the more reason to be extra careful when reading the bonus terms at this casino, or deciding if you want to play here at all. Those who only want the tried-and-true best of the best, our Accredited casinos are the obvious choice.
