1Red Casino was launched just a jiffy ago (in 2022, to be exact), but they already demonstrated that they’re able to go toe-to-toe with more established players in the industry. They’ve teamed up with 130+ different software providers (some of those being long-standing industry giants), are currently running a fair amount of promotional offers, and have definitely put their mind into developing an optimized gaming platform.
But they’re not without their flaws. The withdrawal limits are on a lower end, and on top of the self-exclusion option by request, we haven’t found any other RG tool available at 1Red Casino. They weren’t exactly easy to talk to complaints-wise, either.
Anyhow, loads of players don’t seem to have any issues with 1Red Casino, so if you’re up for giving it a test drive, make sure to share your thoughts on our forums.

On the one hand 1Red has had a number of complaints at Casinomeister, they’ve largely been uncooperative and unhelpful with those, and when they do say anything it’s something like “that is our decision, it is final, goodbye.” It usually takes the player running their case up to the highest applicable authorities in order to get a fair resolution. That said there haven’t been an inordinate number of complaints and they seem to be a decent operation with a lot of satisfied players. Our advice would be to play there if it looks good to you but be prepared to stand your ground and fight for your right to a fair hearing if you do end up in a situation where you have a legitimate complaint against them.

VIP and Loyalty Programs
1Red Casino’s loyalty program is not exactly your typical VIP scheme. Here’s why. They’ve got 25 different levels you can make your way up, and you do that by collecting complimentary points. The number of CPs you get depends on your wagers — every €20 will bring you 1 CP and 1 redeemable complimentary point.
To unlock level 1, you’ll need to rack up 100 CPs, and that’s when you get to claim 5 free spins. In practice, this means you’ll need to wager at least €2,000.
Level 25, on the other hand, seems so far off to casual players, that we’d recommend steering clear from trying to reach it unless playing big is how you always roll. You’d need to rack up 60,000 CPs (meaning you’d need to wager €1,200,000 in total), your loyalty level resets every 3 months, and the only thing you get for such a massive amount of bets is some extra free spins and higher cashback. We’d say not enough bang for your buck.
The only real bummer here is that you won’t get higher withdrawal limits until you hit at least level 21, but more on these below-the-belt tactics later.
Responsible Gaming
The responsible gaming page at 1Red Casino features everything it should. They point you to appropriate external sources, give several helpful pointers for recognizing problem gambling, and explain in great detail what you can expect once you activate the self-exclusion tool.
But, since a big chunk of the whole process of how we rate online casinos goes into checking out responsible gaming tools, we dug a bit deeper into that point as well.
Turns out, their customer support claims they’ve got a whole bunch of them, but since there’s not a single mention of RG tools on their responsible gaming page or in the profile settings, it seems like the only option you’ll find is the self-exclusion tool, which you have to request.
Our thoughts? Downright unacceptable, and a slippery road to problem gambling.

If and when you ever need to make contact with 1Red Casino’s customer support, you can do so by sending them an email, filling out the contact form, or opening up their chat widget.
Generally speaking, the widget will always help you get your answers almost immediately, while waiting for the support reps to respond to an email could drag on for days.
1Red Casino Experience and Features
Visually speaking, 1Red Casino looks sharp enough. Fittingly, the red color reigns supreme against the dark backdrop, the left-hand sidebar feels intuitive, and the search bar didn’t seem laggy at any point while we were busy snooping around their website.
They could have added an additional filtering option or two onto the search bar, as it would let players take a quick shortcut to their favorite titles.
They did fully optimize their chat widget, though, so you’ll have the option to transfer the widget to another tab if you’d like to continue browsing while waiting for their support’s response. Definitely a nice touch.
On the mobile access front, no great shakes. You can load up their website from your mobile browser, and things should work as intended there. At least they did while we were jotting down this casino review. They also have an app (though it’s an .apk one), but judging from how everything runs from the browser, our guess is that you probably won’t even need a 1Red Casino app.

Anyhow, the names we’ve seen are fairly established, including Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Yggdrasil, Evolution Gaming, Red Tiger, and Relax Gaming, among others.
Judging solely from the lineup, you should be expecting to fire up RNG-powered games with graphics running like a well-oiled machine.

There’s definitely no shortage of slots at 1Red Casino. They’ve got a little something for every mood — the Books of fans, for example, can revel in everything from Book of Egypt and Book of Santa to Book of Muertitos and Book of Tombs. We’ve also spotted titles like Buffalo’s Sun 3, Gold Nugget Rush, Zeus Fortune, and Big Bass Splash.
Browsing would be a hell of a lot easier, though, if they’d just organized their slots library by themes, but until that happens, you’ll need to do the legwork to find your game of choice.
Live Casino
The live casino section at 1Red Casino doesn’t fall behind their slots category. And this is true in both terms of variety and the overall lack of order. They’ve made all the live dealer enthusiasts’ wishes come true with Double Ball Roulette, Auto Roulette, Baccarat No Commission, Casino Hold’Em Poker, and Sic Bo, but there’s no grouping whatsoever, so you’ll have to make the most out of their search bar yet again.
