However, they advertise a “Take a break” feature which suggests there’s some short-term cool-off period you can activate, but there isn’t. They only offer self-exclusion, and it can only be activated for 6 months — no more, no less. If you want to self-exclude for a longer period of time, the only option is permanent self-exclusion via support.

We contacted support multiple times during the week we spent testing the casino, and the experience was mostly positive. Agents are quick to reply, there are no queues, no bots to slog through, and it felt like we were actually talking to a human instead of a bot copy-pasting walls of text. We had a few minor hurdles when trying to clarify some specific and less transparent terms (looking at you, loyalty program), but apart from that, it was all good.
The casino also has a decent FAQ page with a few dozen questions across a couple of categories. It’s quite basic but it’s good to have in case you can’t reach support for whatever reason.
